This store and everyone in it, including their supervisor has no idea what they are doing. Supervisor stated they cannot make true copies there, when I myself had true copies made at a different UPS store. Also called another UPS store after leaving this one who said they also have no idea what these people are talking about, they can make true copies. So i have to drive 20 extra minutes out of my way to another UPS store because this one said they could not help. I have never heard of a UPS store that cannot do this. do not go here, they do not know what they are doing. read more

I called 3 times to simply ask if a notary was on duty. I was put on hold after the person who answered was rude, then hung up on. Called back to the same rudeness, 15 min hold and hung up on again. Where is the customer service nowadays...? Always so rude and impatient yet can not answer a yes or no question instead of almost 45 mins on hold. Store was clean and Tiffany was working. They were a bit crowded but she was rocking it! She had 3 different people at a time working on their shipments while safely spaced apart at different counters. I was in an out of there fast due to her efficiency. Being new to the area, I wasn't familiar with this location and wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised at everything. The store is clean and organized and the employees are polite and attentive. I was able to quickly rent a small/medium mailbox for three months for $70 total. I was in and out of the store within less than 15 minutes. This location was also happy to accept larger packages for me that didn't fit in my box without an additional pick-up fee, which is fantastic and far beyond what USPS will do. Awesome! read more

I won't be using this business location again. I paid for my package to be delivered the next day. When I tracked it the next day it was in transit BACK to its origin because the clerk had attached the address label and partially covered a hazardous sticker (cellphone battery and medical equipment charger inside) He then had the gall to say I had done it! He displayed an ugly attitude and told me to take my package and leave his store. We took it across town to FedEx, paid 25% of the cost of UPS and it reached its address within 24 hours. I had assumed all carriers were similar in price and professionalism. read more

When you go this store, make sure the women are working. If you walk in and see a middle aged man, turn around and come back later. Even though this man helped me with UPS package, once he saw me about to copy 2 pages out of a book, he threaten to stop me (yes threatened physical contact) and clearly said he didn't want my business!!! Very rude individual. Treated me like a criminal. If UPS Salisbury nc cares about customers service, they should not hire and will fire individuals who are unprofessional and threatening this man. Very disappointed. Will not go there again even though the women employees are very kind - even if they get the shipping estimates wrong all the time (always lower than estimated). And UPS - be grateful that I have a life and don't have time to sue you for being threatened like this... If I were you I would get rid of this employee ASAP.
