The owner of the store needs to reconsider the employees. I've lived in the area for 2 years and I will go out of my way to go to another less convenience store to not deal with the employees. The environment is tense. Just because there is a long line does not mean you can be short with people. Multiple times I've been told to step aside and get out of the line because I don't have my QR code ready for an Amazon return, the phone has literally been in my pocket and I have been in the process of taking it out, or in the process of opening the screenshot of the barcode with my phone unlocked and in front of them! As someone else said, it seems people are tense, maybe they're overwhelmed because it's busy? I don't know but it's not relevant. Since I've seen complaints about staff in other reviews, it seems perhaps there need to be changes or reprimands. I went in last week to mail a small box that had 1 mug in it, less than 4lbs. I was charged $15 and change, not including tracking nor insurance and was told that USPS would cost me more. This morning I had to mail 2 mugs in the same small box, package was still less than 4 lbs, i sent it Priority mail, $50 insurance was included and i received the numbers to track the package for $7.50. Needless to say I got ripped off at Package Plus (1 small box with 1 -110z mug for $15+ compared to 1 small box with 2 -11oz mugs for $7.50) Clearly a rip off!!!
