Dropped off a bunch of wrapped Christmas gifts on Dec 17th at this location. Paid over $200 for them to be delivered by Christmas. Not only did they never make it by Christmas... UPS lost the entire shipment - and here is the worst part, the package was not lost in transit. It NEVER LEFT THE STORE. I left the gifts at the store, paid $200, and the gifts never even made it out of the store. When I approached the store to remedy the situation they were unfriendly, not helpful - told me the owners were out of town and that they had no idea where the package was and would NOT be issuing a refund because "UPS handled that, and they weren't UPS." That makes zero sense. Their customer service lines say its the store's responsibility, and the store says its not their fault. Regardless they should have issued a refund on the spot because I paid for 3 day air shipping and 10 days later the package is completely LOST! STAY AWAY. All I know is they never even put my gifts on the truck... hmmm wonder where they went then?!?!?!?! read more

Well lets see...not sure if it was the loud, obnoxious, unprofessional, frat boy, "hey what can i do for ya" blast I got as walked in the door.... or the up charge for a 8" piece of clear tape to seal my tiny box.... but either way... this will be my last time going here... There are a lot of UPS stores in this area; try one of the others. The two young adults working at this one did not greet us when we came in or even look up; finally, still not meeting my eyes, the man asked me what I wanted. I needed a Notary but didn't realize he had to have the instructions for a form as well as the form. He never met my eyes during the entire interaction, didn't apologize because I couldn't use their service that day. When there are many options for this type of service, the best bet is to go elsewhere and advise others to do the same, in the hope of driving this one location out of business. Other reviews make it clear the manager doesn't care what his employees do or so, so none of them deserve to have jobs assisting the public. read more

This UPS store is the worst I've ever been to. They lied and overcharged me for some fancy shipping I ended up not needing, then "lost" my package and it never got to the destination. Turns out it never left their store. Seems like these employees like to steal things, but the worst part is that they get away with it!!! I had to call and visit the store continuously to get them to talk to me about my "lost" package. The store managers were not only rude but they physically would not talk to me about my concerns. The owners of the store were reluctant to help and were never actually present, what kind of management is that? Wasn't refunded for my "lost" gifts, and they responded with "It's our policy". GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE, you don't want your packages stolen by these thieves!! read more

I mailed a package to Europe on Nov 30th. 3 days later I got a call, it was returned because THEIR WORKER DID NOT PUT MY FULL NAME ON THE SENDER INFORMATION, ONLY MY FIRST INITIAL with the last name. The package was about $25. Manager refused to give me refund, though clearly it is their fault not filling out the computer the way they should. I will never go to their store again, they'd rather lose a customer than refund for something that was their mistake. read more

I've used this place for shipping a few times and have never encountered any problems. Recently, I had a complex notary request. Other notaries around Santa Rosa couldn't help me, but Richard at this UPS Store knew exactly what I needed and took care of it in less than 5 minutes. All the employees are the friendliest. I had to ship china to New York to my sister not only did it arrive in perfect shape it didn't cost me and arm and an leg. I would recommend using them for any kind of shipping. they also had the customer service every time I come in they are always happy and smiling. read more

I needed my single envelope to be delivered the next day, I paid $38 for it and it was delivered 4 days later, when I asked what had happened the clerk told me that it had been sent via USPS (regular mail) and that I should follow up with them, she confused me and I asked her why was my packet sent via USPS when I had paid UPS to send it and she said that they don't do deliveries for the next if it's out of State, at that moment I told her that I should have been informed about that before taking my money, this young girl started to laugh and said "Ma'am I can't tell you why you were not disclosed of this information", so as I give my back to start walking towards the door both clerks started to laugh so loud, I asked for the managers phone # and when my husband try to talk to him he said that he should complain with USPS and not them, he didn't take responsibility over his employees mistake, lack of communication, customer service and irresponsibility; this place won't be having my business any more and I'll make sure I pass the word around family and friends to avoid them such bad experience. read more

Convenient location. Sticker shock when sending certified + return receipt. Usually $6 - $6.50 at the Post Office, $10 @ UPS + the 49 cent stamp that costs 80 cents at UPS. But it beats standing in line at the Post Office at lunch. read more

I've had reasonably good experiences there until recently. This time was with the "Owner/Notary". As someone else noted a year ago, the explanation on the insurance was less than clear. The very first thing the owner said (this is verbatim) was, "I can't guarantee it will get there." It took 5 minutes of clarifying questions to get that he was explaining that because they didn't pack the item, they would not guarantee that the insurance would be paid if the item was damaged in transit. Their staff packing/repacking items is a service I've never heard of before but which now is available [for an extra charge, of course]. Presumably, one would be paying for all new packaging material and their time at inflated rates. I would not go there again unless it was an emergency. The UPS Store on College Ave near G&G is much better. read more

The employees here are not trust worthy. I have been lied to several times. While in the process of getting documentation to add someone to my mailbox, I asked several times during a two month period if there was any mail on hold for this person. I was told every time, "No we have no mail on hold for her." After finally getting the paperwork needed to add the person to my box, they handed over mail on hold for her. One which they have been holding for two weeks. Another time i was waiting for mail delivery on a Saturday, was told they arrive around 12 on Saturday. i came back at 12 no mail delivery, that wasn't the problem. Since they closed at at 2 I waited for an hour and a half to see if the mail truck came, they never showed up. I didn't see one arrive, I sat in front of the door in my car and saw no one ever show up. So it was near closing time, I asked the clerk about the mail and she snaps at me and says, "all the mail is out!", when I knew for a fact it didn't come. Uh just tell the truth. You can't trust what comes out of their mouth. So if you want trust do no rent a box here. read more

I went in with 2 packages boxed and ready to go. There were 2 people in front of me. The lady who was being helped by the only person behind the counter had 3 packages and was packing and taping them at the scale, holding the line up for all others. I waited 20 minutes while she finished her turn. While waiting, the line of customers in the store rose to 9 people. When it was my turn, I asked the clerk why she couldn't have the lady who was not ready, to stand aside while she helped those of us who were. She answered, " She had already started her transaction". Unacceptable !!! Meanwhile, her co-worker had been helping one person the entire time with something else in front of the store, I do not know what. Needless to say, I was steaming mad, but kept my cool. In the future, I will definitely find an alternative to using this store, which I have used with good service in the past on many occasions, but this was ridiculous. read more
