I don't think your corporate policy is to fail to inform customers of their options and to ring up almost $200 for what should be a $20 trip to San Francisco from Sonoma county.

All qualities I was in need of. She rushed my order, did an amazing job blowing up a smaller pixel photo to a large format using computer techniques. A real pro, she was able to tell me what sizes would work according to what we have and what photoshopping can do. We decided on something , I ran to get a frame, and she put the whole thing together, charging hardly anything for all the things-- rush job, putting the finished product into the matting and frame, etc. I also met her partner (I assume), another woman, and Jennifer told me, "We are a small business, it's just she and me." But your concern about your associates feelings rather than a customer's satisfaction is very telling. I had every right to be upset. The representative from the FedEx office that I spoke with today even confirmed that you let that package sit there for three weeks. Seems like she knew you've done something like that before. Yes, this case is closed. Mystery solved. You kept our package in your office until two days ago. You can deny it all again and gaslight, but that just makes you look even worse. During that time, my husband and I drove the vehicle from Las Vegas to Boston with expired registration tags because the tags never arrived. We carried DMV paperwork throughout the trip and worried about being stopped in multiple states. While we were traveling, I called this location to ask why the package had not moved. Instead of looking into it, the employee was dismissive, defensive, rude, and abruptly ended the call. After the envelope was finally delivered, I contacted FedEx directly. The representative investigated the shipment and informed me that the package had never left this office and was not picked up until July 7. She also had to apologize on behalf of this office and that a payment was made for $70 for two-day shipping and received it more than three weeks later. The delay itself was bad enough. They offer walk-in LiveScan services and the small storefront on the east side of 4th Street was quiet when I dropped by this afternoon. The two employees were chatting pleasantly and greeted me right away when I entered. Rachel spotted the forms in my hand and guessed correctly that I was there to have my fingerprints taken. Sure enough, like I've experienced before, the first try was unsuccessful. I don't have pronounced ridges on my fingers apparently, but they had a gel that she asked me to rub on my hands and the 30 seconds later we were good to go. Second time was the charm! I'm happy to report that my school covered the costs, so I wasn't privy to the charges, but I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I also checked and found that they offer private mailbox services and can ship via UPS, FedEx and DHL, so the next time that I'm on that side of town, I'll definitely remember them!

Shred City ultimately had a better rate for what I wanted to get done so it was a no brainer. My dad is closing his business of 50 years and needed to shred the contents of 26 bankers boxes. The service was completed on 2/18. The driver showed up at my dad's store, shred the contents, left the empty boxes and that was it, a super smooth process! Then I was able to call, make the secure payment over the phone and I promptly received a receipt and Certificate of Destruction. It cost $208 to shred 26 bankers boxes which I thought was fair, especially since it was a mobile service where they came to us. We have more boxes to shred at my parent's house so when my dad is ready I will contact Shred City again to handle that service as well! Great job!

Everyone at this location is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have known Barry and Jackie for years, and they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Whatever your project may be, they will undoubtedly surpass your expectations. Their entire staff is friendly, professional, hard-working and proactive. If you have flyers, pamphlets, announcements, need a report professionally bound, or a big project that you aren't really sure how to tackle - don't hesitate to ask for some input. They will tell you about the various options available, and help you understand the pros and cons. Their finished products never cease to amaze. The quality is always phenomenal and consistent. We are very happy with the service given for/to us at The UPS Store on College Ave. A truly professional place with a pleasant staff. Due to losing our home in the 2017 fires we have been displaced into different apartments. While the rebuilding process is still ongoing, we are extremely appreciative to have 1 place to pick up our mail and many packages replacing items we lost. As a side point - After the fire, what we used to take for granted in going outside to our mailbox was no longer an option. For those of us who lost our homes we quickly realized we had to figure out what to do. It was a little thing at first but figuring this out was no easy task. Fortunately, someone suggested The UPS Store and it has been our place to go for our mail since the fires. Thank you to all for making this part of our nightmare a little easier to put up with. read more

Jackie and the team at the UPS store are life savers when it comes to shipping, but especially when it comes to their print services! Marketing for a busy mortgage office means we don't have much time between designing our materials and getting them out to the public. Our UPS store is the secret weapon to getting professional looking flyers, postcards, posters-- you name it, we have sent them designs for it, and have been extremely happy with their expertise and communication throughout the printing process. I left my computer at a TSA check point at LAX while I went home to Ecuador. I thought I would never get it again. I contacted TSA who found it. I contacted the UPS store who picked up the computer at TSA. They packed the computer and sent it to Ecuador where I picked it up. It was pricy (over $500) but I have the computer and all my information. Great job. read more

Who likes going to the post office? Pretty much nobody! This place makes having to package and send things an absolute breeze. The staff at the UPS store are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and efficient. We use them for shipping packages and copying. Their color copiers produce high quality prints. Often we email our copy requests and they call or email when the work is done, which is generally before we need it. We are happy customers. read more

They offer walk-in LiveScan services and the small storefront on the east side of 4th Street was quiet when I dropped by this afternoon. The two employees were chatting pleasantly and greeted me right away when I entered. Rachel spotted the forms in my hand and guessed correctly that I was there to have my fingerprints taken. Sure enough, like I've experienced before, the first try was unsuccessful. I don't have pronounced ridges on my fingers apparently, but they had a gel that she asked me to rub on my hands and the 30 seconds later we were good to go. Second time was the charm! I'm happy to report that my school covered the costs, so I wasn't privy to the charges, but I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I also checked and found that they offer private mailbox services and can ship via UPS, FedEx and DHL, so the next time that I'm on that side of town, I'll definitely remember them!

I called and explained my situation. They were so kind and compassionate and said I could come in to have them completed. I am so thankful that they were able to help me and that I was able to make it back to school, attend graduation, and submit my application for the state exams. Amazing customer service. I highly recommend them.

I don't mind paying for things that are appropriately priced...but $2 for each shipping label, and…read more$2 to tape up my box without asking was too much! I had tape in the car I could have done it for free no communication $9 but the shipping was paid for by the seller. I asked how much it would be and one person told me six but when the older lady rang me up it was $9 I think she gouged me. I've never been charged $2 for each shipping label ever! Guess I'll go to the 4th Street downtown next time $9!! I thought six was kind of high.
