I was videotaping in my friend said I didn't need to and she was right when I went in there they took my Spectrum box and emptied it and then they took the barcode of my Spectrum router and modem and put it in one of their boxes and gave me a receipt. Awful for printing. I was told to email the store and they would print for me. The employee printed it wrong 3x then tried to charge me for the mis-prints. The issue was simply the page size. Should have been 8.5x11 and they had it set at 5x7, which I had to figure out for them. Then they left my email and address up on the very public screen in the middle of the store full of people to view, so I asked to have it deleted but was told "we will once the line goes down." In the staff defense, they were overloaded with a line out the door of customers holding Amazon returns and only two employees on. Not my first experience like this at this store. They need more staff on for busy hours. read more

I have rented both a personal and business mail here. Both times, they have misplaced, lost or thrown out very important documents and mail. Nobody takes any responsibility - In fact quite the opposite as the manager has hung up on me because he does not know what to say when I have an annual contract AND a box of mail here that is not mine (sent from him). I shipped slippers to my niece this Christmas to my niece in Texas and earrings and the earring were from chow Bella hand made and they cost almost 20 bucks and the shipping was 28 dollars the package came damaged and earring were missing I tried to file a claim and it didn't work and the corporate told me to go to the store and they would file the claim I was back and forth to that store 20 times today in the frees in cold I am crying my eyes out bc I am out 48 dollars and they kicked me out and were so mean to me and I she always been polite to them I hope God saw everything and they burn in hell and the guy wrote down the wrong number for me to call I swear on my life k just can't find the paper allegedly he blows the owner Mario does that how he keeps his job and keeps getting promoted for all entertainment purposes only !while cleaning a few days later I found the wrong number the guy wrote proof in the pudding read more

This place pumps out the work! Every time I am in there, which is often, they are slamming busy. I am HUGE on customer service quality, and they have never failed. Always able to help me and actually seem like they "want" to help....that is huge these days as well! The 2.4 stars they currently have for reviews is not fair to them. I am shocked. I was shipping a package with UPS (which they were making money off me) and I needed them to put a piece of tape on the box to close it up. He told me it would cost me several more dollars for a piece of tape. Are you kidding me?!?! I will never go back to this UPS store. Unbelievable. I just received a response to my review...wow it completely legitimizes my review. It's a terrible business. I own 400 stores across the US. There is something called the cost of doing business. You would have made a few dollars on the shipping for about 1 cent worth of tape (which is a business expense). I went to FedEx across the street and they have won my business for all future shipping. YES, when I go to a shipping store I expect shipping services. To nickel and dime a client is outrageous. UPS should pull your license from you. Looking at all your reviews, clearly I am not the only upset customer. You are the lowest rated UPS store in the entire chain. AND, learn how to spell "you're" and not "your." At least you are consistent...consistently bad. read more

This is a franchise that is full of unfriendly, disrespectful staff who openly mock their clients. A few weeks back I was returning some swim suits for my wife and the manager of the shop threw the swim suits on the counter, smirked, and yelled out, "guess these didn't fit anyone huh?" I said that "That's a disrespectful thing to say about my wife's swim suits and it's really none of your business." He continued laughing and after I said, "Do you not understand that what you're saying and doing is not client friendly and that you should stop saying that?" He continued to laugh and mock the swim suits and said "It's actually kind of funny." He then said he was refusing to complete the return because I didn't think what he was doing was funny and he told the other employee that if they helped me, they would be fired. I called UPS who agreed that it was bad service but because it was a franchise, all they could do was pass the complaint along. They did, and no one including the owner Ken Heaning have called me back to describe why this behavior of their Manager is appropriate. Almost always have 2 clerks working here, at least when I go here. Parking spaces are tight so watch out for door dings. Liquor store, hibachi/sushi joint, and a CVS all in the same strip shopping center...other stores too. P.o. boxes to rent and a couple heavy duty photocopiers for use. Of course you can buy all kinds of boxes and mailing supplies here too. According to the prominent window sign you can print stuff here as well. I posted a pic of their hours of operation for you. I frequent this location to use scanning, emailing, faxing and printing services. It is basically my home office away from home. Every employee I've dealt with in the store has always been knowledgeable and happy to help. The staff works well together which makes the service quick and the experience positive. Horrible customer service. Marino, the manager was rude and bizarre. I was checked out with my return of several items, minding to myself at the self serve kiosk and somehow this " manager " has to give me an attitude, and insist I pay him for packaging. AFTER I had completed my return and the kiosk gave me my receipt. He then refused to give me the mailing slip it printed so now I will likely face issues with the return of all items and you better believe will be bringing all of this to corporate. Read other reviews - he does same thing to others. Drive up road 5 mins and save yourself the money and stress with UPS workers that aren't trying to take out some upsetting the customers. Whomever hired Marino Torres as a manager here, needs to rethink that decision and fast. You have a town less than happy with this location as a whole, practices that are shady and attitudes that are less than professional and kind and Marino at the helm. Find someone else and get your ratings back up UPS. Somehow other locations have great staff, so it's possible! read more

The worst and requires excessive packaging which they sell to you! I have been shipping bolts of fabric from my darpery shop for 30 years. The fabric is rolled on a hard cardboard tube, put into a long plastic bag and then put into a heavy duty plastic shipping sleeve/bag. This is the industry standard all over the world. This time I sent my husband to ship out the bolt. He came back with a reciept that made me see stars! I said what are all these extra charges, $13.25 for a box and $13.25 packing service fee's? I went back a few days later with another bolt of fabric and to explain that someone must have made a mistake because bolts of fabric never get packaged in a box . I explained the packing of the fabric bolt was the industry standard, It was the same way UPS delivers to me and that I'd been shipping that way from his store, without incident, for 20+ years. He rudely said " I don't care how UPS ships to you this is my franchise and I run it the way I want. I don't want any liability and it has to go in a box." He said I could go to Home Depot and buy a box or buy one from him, $13.25. Reluctantly, after scrutinizing my plastic sleeve packaging he accepted it, but told me he would never again accept one from me that was not in a box. That is excessive. It puts excessive financial responsibility on me, to over package the merchandise , just in case the shipper is careless with the my goods. I have often paid for extra insurance when things are over the $100 value but The UPS Store, however, does not want their insurance to be affected . It also makes him more money selling boxes which then go into a land fill. Yes, it is your franchise and you can run it how ever you choose . As a consumer, however, I have the choice to take my business elsewhere. FEDEX accepted my next bolt of fabric in a plactic sleeve, with a smile and a thank you for the same cost. The real UPS at Staples also accepts my fabric bolts in a plastic sleeve with a smile and a thank you . As a consumer we do have choices and I will never go to this location again. read more

Three times they were sent a several hundred dollar print order, via website, days in advance. Three times a few hours before order was due they called to say they couldn't do it. These were not complex jobs. They entailed sending a document to a printer, checking the collation box in the options menu, then clicking on print. I have been meaning to write this for awhile. I am there frequently, as I have a fondness for Amazon and Macy's (lol). They are organized and efficient, and my returns are seamless. Additionally, there have been 2 situations where I have seen someone, who I think is in a managerial role, handle himself with incredible grace. Once, a customer entered the store to ask if he could ship a certain item (he could not). He probably (definitely) should have left that item in the car while he inquired, as it could have easily concerned patrons, but this employee never skipped a beat. The second occasion was this past Holiday season. The entire computer system shut down, and no packages could be shipped unless they had a prepaid label. Needless to say- worst time of year for this to happen. This same employee once again handled himself, his staff, and the customers with ease. I cannot say enough positive things about my many (shipping) experiences at this UPS store. read more

Buyer Beware. I had to ship my son's clothing home from college.This place sold me 3 boxes for shipping. When I packed them and returned with 2 of their boxes for shipment they then charged me an extra $160 (on top of $223, for a total for $383) saying the 2 boxes had a "'large package fee" of $80 each. None of this was told to me when I bought the boxes FROM THEM. This strikes me as highly unethical if not downright criminal and I intend to contact UPS directly to file a formal complaint as well as the Better Business Bureau. This was shameful and dishonest. They took advantage of my situation. Be very careful when dealing with this store. Find yourself an alternative shipping venue. read more

Terrible experience with an amazon return. I have returned an Amazon item at this location with out a box in the past without any issue. It clearly states on the Amazon website the following "Don't worry about printing a label or packing up your item. Just go to Your Orders and select the item you wish to return. Tell us why you want to return this item, then choose a drop-off location that supports label-free, box-free returns. We'll send you a QR code; bring your code and item to the drop-off location, and you're done." In the incident I am referring to the associate took advantage of my teenage daughter and charged her an excessive fee of $10 to return two very small items that would have easily fit in a plastic envelope. I did speak with the associate today and he was adamant that the fee he charged her was justified. I have no words other than to say if you, a family member or friend do not want to be taken advantage of, stay away from this establishment. read more

Brought a box wrapped in brown paper to ship, they said they couldn't ship that way because the paper gets caught in their conveyer belts..ok. So they then proceed to tell me that it will cost 9.50 for boxing, after looking at my receipt this breaks down to 4.75 for the box and 4.75 for packing service fee. This instead of telling me I could just purchase a box and package myself for half the price. Lesson learned, at least it only cost me 9.50. read more

The absolute worst. Ordered 4 copies online on Thursday. The status link didn't work. Email the store, they have no clue. Email 3 more times "yeah, we got the order". After not hearing from them for 3 days, I went to the store on Monday. Waited on line to pick up the prepaid order and it was wrong. Had to wait for another associate to help. I explained to him that 4 is greater than 1 and I needed 3 more. He said it would take a few minutes. Then he waited on 3 more customers and finally sat at the computer. Then he walked away to wait on more people. I asked why and he said ' printing is complicated". So I left. For $25 I got 2 single sided b&w copies and 4 single sided color copies and a serving of incompetent attitude. Took the files across the street in FedEx. Got the full order including laminations in 10 minutes for less money and the staff was pleasant. This UPS store is the worst one I have ever been to. Avoid it at all costs read more
