Very disappointing experience at this FedEx location…read more I came in with a prepaid package in a reused shipping box. There was an old black-and-white hazardous materials marking from previous use, unrelated to my shipment. I fully understood the concern and was willing to remove it immediately. However, employees Rory and Gracie refused to provide even basic assistance when I asked for scissors. After I explained that the package contained shampoo (not hazardous materials), I was still told they would not accept my shipment even if I removed the old label. I was told the only option was to buy a new FedEx box or place my current box inside another box purchased from them. As a result, I had to go back to my car, spend extra time removing the label myself, and return again -- wasting my time and causing unnecessary stress. What made this worse was the rude and dismissive attitude from Rory and Gracie. This was not a complicated situation, and it could have been handled professionally and respectfully.

Everything was quick and easy and now they're reliable for it if something happens. I also took a picture of my receipt just in case but everything went very well. Very happy.

I haven't needed office supplies for years so this review is about a service and not shopping…read more Recently I've had a couple of electronic items to get rid of. One one trip it was a Wi-Fi router and on another trip it was a very heavy little copier. There is no hassle. You take the items into the front of the store and drop them in a gaylord (pallet box). There are also cartons for empty ink cartridges. On my second trip I had a very heavy copier. I went in and asked if they had a two-wheeler I could borrow and without hesitation, the employee said no but use our cart and I'll come help. When we got to the car he did ALL the lifting. Great guy! There's no charge and the only other place to take electronics for recycling is Best Buy which I find less friendly and less convenient. So -- 5 stars for Staples in Wilton!

He thought it was a good idea to simply write the apartment number with a pen, not redo the label with the barcode. The supervisor Bob overheard me and had Sally Redo the label. I have no idea why this took 20 minutes. then I was told to wait in another line to pay for it and was sitting there for another 10 to 15 minutes while Bob and Sally were talking about a customer on the phone.
