There is ample free parking available too. In addition, I've used the notary service. Very convenient. Worst ups store that we ever been to. My wife & I walked in and we seen two young guys in the front. One was sitting down & the other standing up. My wife was mentioning that she needed help with returning her package she bought on TikTok . They both said that they couldn't help us even with a tracking number. I even asked Austin who muttered negative comments about us and other customers in front of their face. That was extremely unprofessional and the negative comments were uncalled for. My wife and I left immediately after that. Austin does not like his job & should be terminated immediately. read more

I can return unwanted stuff to Amazon easily at any number of UPS store locations. It's easy. Just take a picture of the Rorschach looking return code symbol and bring it to the store. My fiancé sent a package overnight (international) which was guaranteed to be delivered by 9 AM in Ontario Canada. Well, he tracked it and it arrived in Ontario at 6 AM, but went no further and It was not held by customs. There was no weather delay as he tracked it. Now they're not guaranteeing his return of $150 to have it sent guaranteed Delivery next day. It just sat in Ontario until Monday morning. Now they're giving them him the runaround to get his money back what happene He has texts he took screenshots of when it was held in Ontario no delay by weather or customs and this giving him such a runaround and the manager was a nightmare to deal with there. He then called the corporate office and was told he had to go through the UPS store it happened at, which then the corporate office contacted him and told him it was approved and he'd receive his money back. Then 3 days later he received a email telling him it was denied because of customs!! What a lie, we're disappointed what their putting us though. Now they won't even answer his phone calls, I called with my phone and they answered right away!! So tell me what is going on with this UPS store in Seminole?? read more

I've been using this UPS store now for 2 years and have never had an issue. It's tucked into a plaza off of Park Blvd. and located right next to a Domino's. Parking is a bit tight but there's plenty available. Whenever I've gone, I've mainly dealt with Christine, who I believe is the store manager. She's always incredibly pleasant and willing to help those who need it. Although I haven't paid for their shipping services (I have prepaid labels and Amazon returns galore!) she always have been great to me and to other people who use their facility. The most I've had to wait in line is 5-10 minutes and that was with the "after work rush." Overall, the workers here are helpful, patient and kind. I will continue to frequent this location and hopefully one day actually pay to ship with them read more

Overpriced, poor service, mis-information; I would pick another location if you have to use UPS!

I called to see if they made color copies. They answered the phone and said yes and told me the price and how long they would be open. There was a small line but the customers left happy and the line seemed efficient. I could tell one person was a regular. The guy got my color copies and made sure I was happy with the first one before proceeding. He made the 6 copies on card stock for me and the price didn't go up from the phone quote even though I hadn't asked about card stock. He may have made the association that I was the one who had called. Either way it was fast and close to home/local and a full-service experience. Everything was great! I had a package that seriously I should not have used as it was repurposed from something sent to me it had black magic marker everywhere on it - I asked them should I buy an envelope and they replied "nope, we make it easy to ship with us". I had a return authorization barcode on my phone which they scanned, printed the ticket and I was gone in under 2 minutes. I was amazed and pleased. read more

I have been to the store almost every other day for the last month sending packages. This UPS store is the most efficient I have ever seen. I have never waited more than a few minutes to get service. The staff is SO friendly and cooperative! I have things printed and laminated there regularly as well. Even when the tab is only a few dollars, they make you feel special and cared for as a customer. Felix is a regular employee, and he is a master of customer service! Everyone there cares enough about you to honor covid protocols. I've always had good service here, but today I got a bit of attitude from one of the employees. She was muttering that she had "this and that" to do, slammed my package on the scale and when another person came in after me, whispered "quit coming in!" I gave her my home and cell phone numbers a few times and another person came up, she asked me if I was (male name) on Oakhurst Rd.. When I said no (obviously) she asked "oh, so someone else has your phone number?" (like I was giving her a false number or something). The family stopped by the store while their mother was in hospice and near the end of her life. They were so helpful, caring and went above and beyond all that we needed. I have shipped several items from this location and they have always done an excellent quick job for me. Very friendly service. I was never motivated enough to leave a review though. But tonight I walked into the store at 3 minutes to 7 and closing time is 7. The guy behind the counter could not have been more friendly and helpful and told me no need to apologize for coming in last minute. He weighed, measured my items and found a box to ship them in. Printed my label and took my payment. I was out the door right at 7 and never felt rushed or like I was a bother to him at the end of a long day. They have earned my business AND my positive review. Stay away from this establishment. One of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever attempted to do business with in my life. They never answer their phones or get back to their customers. We bad professional business cards made here and waited and tried calling 100 times to see if they were ready. Finally we got a hold of the person who we were working with and she informed us the cards had been ready for a WEEK, she was just too busy to drop them off or let us know! She could have informed us of that, and we would have been glad to pick them up ourselves. Then she promised to deliver them that same day, and again we failed to receive them. The following day someone finally dropped them off, but we were horrified to see that the whole business card was had another employees information on it, and to really top it off they charged a former employees personal credit card for our order!!! Will not use this store ever. Twice i attempted to use this location for printing. First time I was unhelped by "Christine". I was attempting to have some post cards printed and was told by her she would check with one of her customers on how she could help me print these cards. Confused bc I thought I was a customer. Not sure why another UPS Store customer would have to help me with my business that I would be doing with a UPS store. I decided to give this store a second chance. Mind you, I waited about a year in hopes that the employees would know what they were doing by now. Nope, not a chance. Again I was unhelped by Christine. She was very rude and had absolutely no care to help me whatsoever. This time I tried to have some business cards printed. Was told they would only print them if I provided them with the file. When I asked why their store promotes printing and printing services if they were just going to have customers and other companies do the work for them. Was told "im sure there are other stores that can help you since you dont have what is needed" Boy was she right. I went to the other UPS store in Seminole and was helped immediately and had my business cards printed that same day. I will never use this ups store again. Very upset and would NEVER give them any of my business again!!! I have used them before for shipping needs... they are a bit pricey ... but did not have a problem until today.... I had to fax 4 pages locally. When they told me the total was $9.20, after the fax was sent, I was really upset... I asked the price per page and they told me $2.00 per page plus taxes etc.... I said for a LOCAL fax and they said yes! I have not heard of that... usual pricing is somewhere around $1 to $1.50 per page... I asked to have the district managers phone #... they told me to wait for the manager, who was on the phone... I waited about 5 minutes and she gives me the 1-800 # to the UPS AUTOMATED system.... needless to say I am waiting to call back the Seminole store.... but I did call several local stores that provide fax services Fed Ex is 1.49 per page..... The UPS store (Northeast St Pete) is $1 per page and Goin Postal is $1 per page.... this is a shame that this UPS store is charging so much more.... this may seem like a rant.... but just an eye opener.... Trying to save people $$$$.... it would be a shock if you had 20 or 30 pages to fax!!!!! read more
