I'm consistently impressed with this particular FedEx location. I can't speak for every FedEx, but every time I come here, I'm greeted by a friendly employee and given consistent, helpful service. After having repeated poor experiences with USPS and occasional issues with UPS, I generally try to avoid both when I can. FedEx is usually more expensive, but for me, the higher price is worth it because the process is smoother, faster, and far less aggravating. I like being able to walk in, get helped quickly, and deal with someone who is genuinely pleasant. With USPS, I often feel like every ounce and measurement becomes a battle, and the experience can feel rigid and unhelpful. I have never had that feeling at this FedEx location. My packages have never been lost, and the tracking has always been consistent and accurate. For me, this location stands out because the service is dependable, the staff is friendly, and the overall experience is just easier. I would absolutely recommend this FedEx location. read more

i was informed by Chris office manager that by me sending my family books off that they would be at a discounted price. they sent off 20 books to be printed with 490 pages per book. the discount was received on first order. next order was 15 books with 490 pages as well. Chris stated that he would apply the same discount as previous. no discount was given. they lied and never send out my books until Monday. Chris had all information and papers that Thursday before. no call we ended up calling on Monday to know when the books would be ready. unprofessional and inconsiderate of customer and money spent read more

We needed to send a "care" package up to a family member In Mass., we usually use the USPS for these kinds of shipping, but thought we could save a few bucks sending it FedEx, and also faster. We did save some $$$ and it sure did get there faster than the US Post office can deliver, BTW what the heck has happened to the Post office?? Their service is beyond disturbing as of late. The young lady who waited on us was not very pleasant at all, but got the job done. We're paying for fast delivery not a bubbly personality. read more

DISHONEST, or at minimum unprofessionally evasive. Would not answer a simple, direct question @ 9:00a on 12/13/18 as to whether or not "she" would honor a rate quoted on FedEx corporate website. Said "I don't know" repeatedly; she said I could use the computer in the store to get the corporate rate.. I asked if I see that the corporate rate is $50, and you quote it in your computer and your rate is $60, will you honor the corporate rate? She said I can not alter the price in my system, OK THEN, YOU DO APPLY A SURCHARGE.. I said: Ok, so you DO apply a surcharge, she said "she's not going to do this" and HUNG UP ON ME. You deserve a raise! ;) ... Or maybe unemployment.. All you had to do was be honest from the get-go, say YES we do apply a surcharge, and not have wasted my 4 minutes. read more

I needed to print and scan a document. I was directed to the scanner and printer set up which I was not familiar with. Chris had very little time for me and I was there for way too long trying to figure out how it all worked. I get it, it was busy but I don't appreciate being left on my own with equipment I'm not trained to use. Not impressed. read more

I have used this FedEx many times over the last several years! As a Historian for an international car club, all of our Newsletters were Archived from 1976. They were extremely helpful and did a professional job quickly. Last year after my mother passed they again were very helpful with color printing, laminating and all for her memorials. Also use this location for all my FedEx shipping needs! Great employees! I'm happy to recommend them highly! read more

I went in for a last minute project, and Anthony was so helpful. He was able to get the print job done on the spot. They didn't have the size cardstock that my project specified, so I knocked a star off for that, but Anthony resized my PDF file so it could be printed on what they had in store, so he went above and beyond. read more

ALWAYS SUCH NICE AND EFFICIENT PEOPLE! I rarely ever am impressed this much but I feel the people @ this Kinko/FedEx deserve it. They are friendly and should there ever be a problem, they fix it so the customer is satisfied. All owners/managers should run their business like this. read more

Absolute horrible service.. I had 3 large memorial photos mounted on foam core in November 2015 three days in advance. Fast forward to the day of my brother's funeral where the boards were delivered..and I'm trimming the 3" extra white margins on the top and bottom of the poster boards in the back room of the funeral parlor with my pocket knife as guests are arriving! BECAUSE KINKO'S OF LARGO DID NOT FINISH THE JOB! Seriously, who delivers a product like that?? Absolutely infuriating on this of any day. Please, do yourself a favor and go to Staples or Office Depot, anywhere else but here.. Negative 10 stars. read more

I am a big fan of FedEx office. I just discovered this one today when i was in desperate need of a quick copy . I was once again impressed with the store, the clerk Richard and the quick and accurate service. I was running late for an important meeting after wasting a lot of time at another copy center across the street when Richard helped me and had me out the door in under two minutes. I spent more money and time across the street and left with nothing after being told I would have to wait over 30 minutes for one copy I had already paid for. Thank You Richard for saving the day, next time I will forget going to S*&^%es and just go straight to FedEx office In the same place as Home depot and Publix alone the front by Ulmerton Rd. read more
