Fortunately I found kris, the owner of Bubble's Wrap and Send. I called her and presented my challenge of packing, shipping and wanting to track my shipment till it arrived in Australia. Many other places told me after it leaves the US there's absolutely no way to track it. Well, I'm hear to tell you that Kris knows a way and I received emails from the day it was shipped, leaving the US, it's arrival in Sydney until it touched my daughter's address. Everything was shipped without any damage because Kris has many years of packaging experience. Her knowledge of what foreign countries require in order to gain entry is invaluable. I traveled further than I normally would to ship but after realizing Kris's expertise and seeing the results I'll never go anywhere else. And, her quote came in over $20-$40 less expensively than competitors. Thanks Kris, and continued success! Now I'm waiting for my daughters reaction when she opens her Christmas gifts.

She waited on five other people at the cash register instead of coming back to me. Then she says time to go home and left. The young man who ended up assisting me was frustrated and dropping things. He did my return and then when I asked questions about receipt I got a lot of attitude about Amazon. So, I called Charles who I originally spoke to and asked if there was some error as the quote was more then THREE times higher then any of the other quotes I received- his response was the quote was correct-again I re-stated my disbelieve and asked why the quote was so high... he laughed and said "that's just our prices". Either way, it is a whole new experience going to this location now. A few years ago I tried it again out of necessity and I'm glad I did. The staff there is now friendly, patient, and helpful. There is a kiosk for Amazon returns which is terrific (altho there are days they could use two of these!). I now use this location all of the time and couldn't be more pleased. If you had a bad experience a while back like I did I encourage you to give them another try!

My daughter and I went to pick up a few things from my unit and now have flea bites all over ankles from being there for 10 mins. And we don't even own a animal! If you're a day late on rent, they will lock your storage unit and charge $20. Vs giving you a week grace period like every other unit place I have used. Don't even waste your time with this place. Plus they charge almost $20 extra for the same size unit as a block up the street because they are newer. But again already has a bad bug problem. I can't wait until I give birth and can get alllll of my belongings out of this dump. $125 a month just to have bugs crawling all over my stuff and to get bit by fleas when trying to pick up my things from there
