    Pricing is way out of line for shipping. While the service is fine, I would not go to UPS store for shipping uin the future.

    What happened to this store!…read more Shopped here many years. Walked in today about 1:45 on a Friday afternoon. Tried to get something laminated. Guy at the counter wouldn't even make eye contact with me, I stood there for 5 minutes. Then he mentioned without eye contact that I would need to wait a few minutes. I walked away. I found a little box of envelopes I needed, LAST one on the shelf. Sliced all over with box cutter incisions. Like $60 for a box, but I needed them so ok. Entered checkout queue. 1 patron in front of me. He finished, so I placed my purchase on the counter. Cashier didn't even acknowledge me. Some guy walked up to the side counter and started asking about camera batteries! I lost my cool. I said OK, take care of this rude walk up customer, I'll wait . I want your attention. Camera guy left. Still no attention. Not asked if I had Staples rewards, etc. Then some Karen walks up behind me, starts demanding service from cashier. Says she has been waiting a long time! Cashier again ignores customer in front of him. I say sarcastically "hey, obviously Karen was here first, I am so sorry to inconvenience you with a sale, why don't you go help her?" He threw my stuff and receipt in the bag, never said more. He made excuses then to Karen, lots of folks off at lunch, he is only one here to deal with up to 3 customers! Thinking of the thousands I spent at this store, obviously overpaid. Found same purchase online for $20. WHY would I Ever shop here again? Obviously so I can create havoc for entitled line jumping Karen's, burned out copy center people with no customer service incentive,? Maybe to stand out front with employees to smoke a cig while customers wait (they are SO hidden by the front door). Maybe it's just this store. Seems like a desperate cry for help from management. Is this store about to close from apathy?

New phone tree subjected me to 20 s of marketing. thus, 2 stars, first impression. I'm sure they think I want to hear their new motto and their new slogan, but, I really don't.     this is the last resort short of driving stuff into DC or wherever it is due…read more they do not have a direct phone line (like, why should they? /s). they are next to the airport and are in some real sense, part of the airport. I believe that they load their own plane there. folks there are pretty good, on average, adn the few times I've had to go there, they care. the folks here are 5 star. the folks at the phone tree and who set it up, -1 or -2 stars.

Because I had so many different items in my box, I said "random things." My answer appear to infuriate her, and she replied I need to know what sort of random things are in this box. Then she asked if I had an itemized list of the contents. I told her that I did not, but still demanded to know what was inside the box. As I tried remembering all that was inside, she rudely interrupted me and asked her usually litany of questions: "aerosol cans? Electronics? Batteries, etc." To which I replied no to each. Why didn't she ask me that in the first place? She didn't have to be a bitch about it with me. I will never ship with this location again, andwith the options for shipping available, such as USPS and UPS, I may take my business elsewhere the next time I have to ship. This lady left a bad impression of Fed Ex and she certainly does NOT represent the company well

I've been to Cartridge World in the Giant shopping center in State College several times now and they are extremely pleasant and customer focused. They go out of their way to help you. Today I brought in a cartridge that my HP printer said was having an issue, but couldn't troubleshoot because it wasn't one of theirs. I knew there was ink, but didn't know what the problem was. I took the cartridge in to see if CW could figure out the problem. The woman took it in the back, then came back just about 30 seconds later and said there is ink in it and they'll have to figure out what the problem is. She handed me a brand new cartridge to replace it. I was shocked. People just don't do that anymore. 99% of businesses act like you did something and then make some rude statement. Kudos to Cartridge World for knowing that the key to successful business is repeat customers and positive word of mouth. That's something that has been sorely lacking in the business world the last few decades. I also used to visit a CW in Dickson City years ago and they were equally helpful and accommodating.

    As an IT professional, I used to recommend CW to many of my customers...but no more. The last few…read moretimes I purchased ink/laser cartridges there I noticed the price was substantially higher than when they first opened. Turns out, mt last laser cartridge was 30% HIGHER than I could find online (including shipping) from a 5 star supplier. I will no longer recommend CW and suggest to others that you look elsewhere for your ink.

I believe that their services are both affordable and convenient. It is a a one stop place to drop off your packages, instead of finding a Fedex, or a UPS location. Prices for boxes and other necessities are very affordable as well. The staff are friendly and always helpful. One never feels like a burden, and their customer service is great!

Because of this, I'm required to use third-party shipping companies on a regular basis. In working with Goin' Postal, I found they seemed to be knowledgeable, but was a little disappointed at their pricing structure. Prices that were higher than New York or LA. When I received the package, I found that all the item boxes were crushed. The shipping peanuts they used to protect the boxes, unfortunately applied improper pressure to the delicate packaging and caused the damage to the boxes. This has a result of lost revenue at the time of resale. In addition to the improper packing, I ended up paying for a lot of shipping peanuts that were not needed and a shipping box that was way too big. The oversized box also cost me substantially more to ship. I ended up spending $100 for something that should've cost me around $40.
