Man oh man how I frequent this location like it's going out of style but this location gets 5 stars. Why such the sharp change from Patchogue's mediocre 3 star review? I'll tell you why. Because first of all I'm going to give a HUGE shoutout to Drew and his colleagues even though it's Drew most of the time helping me. He's extremely friendly, quick and accommodating. The rest of his colleagues are stellar too. Never an issue or an eye roll when I ask for separate tracking number receipts. My only issue is that they're not open on Sundays but you know what? I receive the best customer service every time I use this store all the employees are helpful and friendly. Drew is always amazing and goes above and beyond to ensure my packages are delivered. I recently had a package insured and shipped 3 days guaranteed. For an unknown reason it was not delivered in the three day time frame, Drew spent a few days researching, tracking and constantly following up to ensure the problem was fixed and also helped my get the full refund for UPS mistake! I will never use them again. I brought in three packages and one of the had the incorrect zip code. They refused to look up the correct zip code and would not mail the package. I went to the zip code finder on the internet and found the correct code. The store was not busy and there as absolutely no excuse for a service business not to assist the customer. The attending worker showed no interest in helping me send my packages. Disgraceful service! read more
