I just received my last package a week ago...ALMOST THREE MONTHS LATER. I spent over $400 to ship my things across the country in a timely manner. I called at least 3-5 times every week trying to locate my packages because the original tracking numbers were bogus. The staff there didn't know where my packages were for weeks, until finally someone discovered them sitting at another facility. I spoke with Bill, the manager/owner and he never had answers for me. When I called and left messages or emails seeking new tracking numbers, my calls were never returned. Bill became annoyed and rude, at times, when I would call because he was "sick of dealing with this". Trust me dude, I was too. Now that I finally have all my belongings, I have inquired about a full refund as I certainly did not receive the service I paid for in the timely manner it was promised. Once again, I have yet to hear back from Bill. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. This place is a joke and Fed Ex will hear about how poorly customers are treated at a company they are affiliated with.

    Can't say enough good things about the particular UPS STORE…read more Our first time visiting Marblehead, my family was up here from South Carolina celebrating my daughter's nursing school graduation by giving her a Boston trip, and this is where we got our VRBO. As what happens with a lot of vacations, we bought too much to fly home with us. So monday morning, I brought a large bag of souvenirs into the store and met Devin. He was super understanding of what I needed and how I wanted to get this stuff back to south carolina safe and sound. His personality and customer service was awesome. And when we received our box yesterday, everything was protected and wrapped and handled with so much care. It was an honor to meet this guy, and I just wanted to show him some online love that he was greatly appreciated for helping us out during the end of our vacation. 10 out of 10. Positive reviews aren't given out enough anymore, so I just wanted to relay a sincere THANK YOU to Devin and this UPS STORE. We will definitely be back to Marblehead again! Fantastic town and people!

    I've watched at how the employees get treated by the customers. They come into the store expecting…read moreto be waited on right away. If they'd take a minute and actually watch how many things are going on behind the counter they may see these employees are doing the best they can. I watched as one man brought in a large fragile item to box. No matter what they did, it wasn't good enough. I also witnessed a lady start screaming at one of they employees trying to have him do something he was unable to do. Nice job Jake, Paul and Jacob keeping your cool. Candace

    Avoid this UPS store!! The staff are helpful, but Nick - the manager, -has very poor interpersonal…read moreskills and escalates challenging situations by blaming the customer and refusing to engage in any meaningful way when problems occur. When my package was sent to the UPS "Fraud Department" due to a glitch in the UPS system (their computer issued 2 receipts for the same package: one for shipping the package and another for payment), Nick stalled for months. Even though the Fraud Dept told me they had the package and it was safe, that they just needed confirmation from the store manager, UPS eventually lost the package. Nick then told me UPS acknowledged that the loss was their fault and would issue a full refund for the contents of the package, even though the package was not insured. I didn't hear back from Nick for almost 2 months. When I stopped by the store, Nick told me that UPS would not issue a refund, and that he was in a big "battle" with the company about it. He refused to send me copies of his correspondence, or updates of any kind and said that this was for the "protection" of UPS. He then told me he was busy and it was a lot of work to enter all the info manually... so it's not clear that he ever did anything at all to get my package back or get a refund. When I told him that this had been a terrible experience, he told me that was my "opinion". When I said I had used UPS for years, but I didn't want to go through this again, he said I had "options". I asked what they are? Nick said I could "use FedEx or USPS"! This man should NOT be in a managerial position. I had used that store for years for shipping orders for our business, but I will never go back there again.
