The staff is extremely helpful and willing to please and go the extra mile. This is a full-service post office. Parking is on street only but there's never more than one or two people in the post office at any given time. If you live in the surrounding town and the post office line is long take a nice enjoyable ride to Nahant and used this branch it will make for a pleasurable experience. Nearly 20 people were trapped waiting inside, all of them in a massive rush because they needed to mail their items before clocking into work. This chaotic mess is a direct result of USPS's systemic mismanagement. It is acceptable to face staffing shortages, but it is completely unacceptable to fail to update your official hours online. You mislead the public into believing you open at 6:00 AM, post a note on the wall saying 8:00 AM, and then fail to honor even that time due to a 'lack of personnel.' They have plenty of material and supplies for shipping needs. The line wasn't long. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I think that sometimes mailing things can be a little either annoying or stressful especially if you're not 100% sure of how some services work or if you don't have an envelope, etc. However, every time I've gone to this particular mobile van, I've had a really nice experience.
