All I was looking for was a smile. It's 10:30am and I walk in looking to print some copies and no one said anything to me. The manager ( I assumed the manager because she has been there awhile) and the lady wearing the hijab both snubbed me. Finally the girl doing something with boxes behind them,came up to me and said " oh I thought she was getting you." To add insult to injury, she proceeds to tell me it's 34 pages and they are .30 cents each. I said how much is that? She responded "34 pages times .30 cents each" I Shoukd have left then! I have them to start printing my papers. Two minutes later a white lady walks in and they all in unison say " Hello." I walked in with a smile but my customer service was shabby. What made me less worthy of a smile and a hello. I will never return to this establishment again. I'm going to request that my packages go to another store. read more

This location never fails with having a stank attitude. The employees genuinely hate their lives here. If an amazon return clearly says that you don't need to print or package the product, why would you refuse to accept it once I'm in the store due to it not being packed and labeled!? Amazon stated no to do so, and just drop it off. I get it, the 20 something year old college kids behind the counter would rather be doing something else, but if you absolutely hate your job, and it shows. Then quit! Don't go to this location. The UPS Store is in a convenient location right off of Harlem and 159th street. The store is clean and tidy. I was happy that they were open on a Saturday afternoon since I was in a dire need to get my package shipped out quickly! This store has everything that you need to ship such as office supplies and boxes. I was in and out with in a few minutes. They'll get 4 stars from me. read more

Im not one to leave a bad review however it blew my mind. I went into this ups store to print a label to ship a package. They looked me straight in the eye and said it would be a $3 computer fee plus 25cents to have them print a simple black and white label. I've never been in a store that would charge $3 to print a label. Then suggested the best place to go to is the library if I didn't want to pay the $3. I found it very disappointing and never have I been in a ups or fedex store that would charge $3 to have them print a single piece of paper. read more

Unbelievable! The employee did not know how to fax double sided so he made a copy of back side then charged me for it! I was charged for the employees lack of knowledge on how to fax. I went to another UPS and not only did she fax both sides without an issue she did not overcharge me! This location is a joke with their poorly trained staff. Suggestion: retrain Xander or let him go. How does Gen Z not know how to fax double sided is it because it's not been done on TikTok. read more

I walked in and there were three customers ahead of me, one speaking loudly in arabic on his cell phone relating directions to one of the two employees behind the counter.....I was out in under two minutes. I took a pic of the two unflapable, efficient young men behind the counter. There is no quality or frills or anything else to worry about here. I have packages, they want to send them....as it turns out, they are faster than the Jimmie Johns next door. That speed rates five big ass stars in my book. Faster than a Jimmy Johns Gargantuan. Went to this location three days in a row, all at normal business hours, to get some documents notarized. Every time I went, their notary wasn't there. Never offered to tell me when I could expect them in, no help, nothing. Such awful customer service. Why advertise a service you cannot provide? read more

They are a joke. I've been shipping equipment 3 times a day all the same size for the last 2 weeks. I had fedex box it and it was $21 each and for the other ups stores it was $20 each. he wanted to charge me $40 just to pack each, over double any other ups store. then I bought a box to package it myself and he told me to leave because you can't package ot yourself in the store. then why the hell do you have a table set up for it and sell packaging supplies. it's not my fault your in your 40s and you work at the ups store, don't be rude to me becaise you made poor employment choices..... read more

Had a package shipped to this UPS store because of delivery issues where I live. Never received notification that my package arrived at the store to be picked up at my convenience. Thank goodness I kept tabs on my package's delivery status because I HIGHLY doubt this store would have taken the time out to notify me. And then the icing on the cake, charged me a "$5.00 PICK UP FEE " to pick up my package from this store. Mind you my package only sat there for a few hours in this store after it was delivered until I was able to pick it up. It wasn't sitting there for several days or longer. It's bad enough paying shipping fees for purchases, but to seriously charge customers a "$5.00 PICK UP FEE" on top of what we are already shelling out for shipping costs is beyond ridiculous, money hungry and simply put, shady. I would have been better off taking my chances dealing with delivery issues at my residence than to deal with shade and greediness. read more

UPS who delivered 2 pieces of furniture 1 week apart DESTROYED them in transit. Directed BY UPS to take them to this store UPS store 0415 to ship back to Amazon. First shipment weight, 109 lbs. in a large box, accepted and returned to Amazon no problem. 6 days later the replacement shipped by Amazon was AGAIN DESTROYED in transit by and delivered by UPS. Again directed BY UPS to return via this store. Return label provided by Amazon printed and affixed same as first package.Different people working and they wouldn't accept, it was to large was the manager Caesar's claim. Even AFTER explaining to him the same identical sized item was accepted and shipped from here 6 days prior, he refused to accept for shipping. Even suggesting the previous parcel must have been smaller. What part of identical didn't he understand? His excuse was the UPS driver may not accept it. When asked to speak to someone above him, he referred me to the owner. When I asked him to write his first and last name down on a business card he said he couldn't write, offered me a pen and only his first name. He offered me UPS's 800 Customer service number which I told him I had contacted and they referred me to this location. Said he didn't understand why they would refer that location as they are not part of UPS. SMH at this point as UPS's logo is all over store including his shirt and store business card. No solution, no shipped package just a refusal to ship as it is to big. Find another location ! read more
