Overall this UPS store is fine. However UPS as a company are complete garbage. I was sick over Christmas and could not visit my family. So I shipped their gifts to them earlier this week. One of the packages was running late, now today I get an email saying "your claim has been denied" when I never even filed one. So I opened the app and the tracking history says that package was destroyed and will be discarded. It has fragile written all over it but the knuckle-dragging illiterates at UPS warehouses probably can't read. And yes, they are denying an insurance claim I never even made. Their rationale is "improper packaging". I guess a heavy carton placed inside another heavy carton and all stuffed with bubble packers and fragile and "this end up" written all over it isn't appropriate. Fuck you, UPS. I'll never ship a thing with you again. read more

Took pkg to store for shipping. Recipient received two different packages but original I sent never arrived and is lost. Now I'm out over $100 for irreplaceable items plus shipping costs. Store personnel has been less than helpful. read more

Always a nice alternative to FedEx ... UPS stores are a great find and certainly can handle pretty much anything you have to ship. The individual stores seem to make most of their money from selling boxes and packaging materials ... and while expensive at least they are available and easy to use. They also provide private mailbox services - you get a box number and a street address for having materials mailed to you ... nice service. The stores also offer printing services - expensive but a nice availability. All in all the UPS stores are a perfect method for shipping and packaging ... oftentimes easier than U.S. Priority Mail, and a great alternative to FedEx if you don't happen to have one close. read more

On Feb 7th 2024, Two packages totaling $1000 value were delivered to my huose but I was not home therefore the driver delivered to the UPS Store at 15941 S Harlem Ave, Tinley Park, IL 60477. They were signed for by Gabby. The tracking showed the packages were at the UPS store. Instead of holding them there for me to pick up. Gabby put them in the out going packages pile. Another driver came and picked up the packages. They were never scanned therefore the website tracking still shows them at the UPS store on Harlem. It is 10am on Feb 8th and it still shows them at the store despite being picked up on Feb 7th. Now nobody knows where my package. Thanks Gabby for sending my packages back through the system the same day they were delivered. I was there at 8:30am the next day to pick them up. The owner said that I can file a claim for lost packages. Wow - How about not putting my packages in the out going pile. read more

The employees and the owner here are always so very very nice. They are very knowledgeable, very helpful and their customer relations is awesome. People should come here to learn how to treat other people. I always come here to ship any packages and sometimes they will package them for me and the prices are very reasonable. Had to ship a piece of stoneware that had damage. Took it to UPS and the staff was great (Syron) was great to work with. He told me the best way they would pack the item and what we could do to minimize the risk of damaging it further. Shipped on Monday and arrived 2 days later everything intact. Another typical store that doesn't make much of our opinion. We have been in here a couple times and usually they help us with any item needed. One time we received a UPS package at our apartment and it was sent to an incorrect address. Not sure how this happens now days but it did. We drove over to this store and found out that we needed to call the UPS number and then they will pick it up. No we cannot just bring the package to the store and drop it off. Then UPS didn't pick up the package for 4 days while we had it sitting outside our door. We brought it in every night so it didn't get wet. So, I guess we aren't frustrated with this store but rather UPS in general. Stop in for some items but this store doesn't offer a huge selection nor notable cheaper prices. read more

Staff: Very rude Location Presentation: Disorganized Cost: Very expensive $5 just to use a computer to print a label (Doesn't include the print cost**) As compared to other options FedEx only cost $2.52 that was to use a computer, and print a 3 page label and other docs. So yes the 5 dollars to just use a computer is way over priced.... Additionally found out Staples (which ship UPS) would allow me to use their computer for FREE but would change for pages printed. I suggest going elsewhere - this UPS store was by far my worst experience in a UPS store, but I guess that is what you get with an unorganized franchise model.... read more

I never leave reviews on Yelp but the folks at this UPS store were so rude that I feel compelled to let others know, especially since they are a franchise store. Please don't waste your time or money going here. I went to return an order from Amazon. They have a $3 computer fee to print the return label. I had never encountered such a fee and when I asked about it I was told it's because they are a franchise and that is the rule. Begrudgingly I paid the $3.27 to have them print one page and affix it to the box. The next day, the box was returned to me. This happened because the return label came out of the plastic holding that they put it in. When I called to request that they redo the return I was informed that I needed to call the main ups headquarters. After explaining the problem again, the person on the phone rudely agreed to reprint, after blaming the problem on the plastic. The entire experience was absurd. I decided it would be better for me to reprint the label myself and take it to a different store with better customer service. So that you don't experience the same, you should avoid this location at all cost. read more

I just wanted to print a presentation, and shop it to California. Took forever. Did not look right. Cost to much. Did the same job at a competitor, and it was so much better quality, and the shipping cost less. read more

The staff was very polite and friendly and quick. I came to this ups after leaving their competition just across the way who told me I could not ship a pack wrapped in paper and would not help me fix that. The ups store simply wrapped it in tape and didn't even mention the paper. read more

Very Friendly, quick and easy. I've only been there once to ship important information and UPS has always kept me a satisfied customer so far as delivery goes. Always on time, even better when the earliest ETA is a day earlier. Very disappointed! I paid for 2 day a.m. service that I did NOT receive. The store employees blamed the hub, the hub blamed the store - ultimately, no one accepted responsibility or could provide an explanation. Unprofessional. Thumbs down for the UPS store in Orland Park. read more
