I asked if they could at least look in the back and make sure it didn't get miss place and they refused saying no packages go in the back and there's nothing they can do about my package, which was for a customer! They tried to blame USPS for never scanning it in when they received it but ALL of my other packages got scanned in so it's impossible that USPS just decided not to scan in one package out of 8! I'm sure that it's because they don't want to talk to actual people about the absolutely horrible service they provide. I filed a claim in September, followed up on it about a month later only to be told that it was delayed because they were still looking for the package. Needless to say I was extremely upset. I was finally able to get to someone who promised me that they would escalate my inquiry. That was two months ago and I have not heard from them. I tried to contact them today only to get a total run around. Their automated system said that the claim was denied although I haven't received any communication from FedEx whatsoever. No matter what I try I am unable to get to a live person. The claim was for one box out a five piece shipment. The five boxes made up one total item that I was returning. Because one box didn't make it I couldn't receive a refund for the return of the item. Now I am out not only the cost of the item (the return window closed) and the cost of shipping an item that never made it!! How does that seem reasonable? If I could rate FedEx lower than not good I would do it in a heartbeat

The fact that this venue helped me pick the right options that made the most sense like shipping times, signage options, size of boxes was a winner for me.
