The employee working the counter attempted to charge me significantly more for shipping by increasing the dimensions of my box by over 2 inches on every side. Since UPS pricing is based heavily on size and weight, this made a noticeable difference in cost. When I questioned the measurements, I was given a confusing explanation about "inner dimensions" that honestly made no sense. It wasn't until I told him I would take my package somewhere else that he suddenly agreed to remeasure the box correctly. Once he did, the shipping price dropped by almost $5. Customers should be aware and pay attention to the measurements being entered when shipping here. I understand mistakes happen, but this did not feel honest or transparent.

This is a very convenient spot to ship packages that have to be returned via FedX…read more I've recently shipped 2 separate Apple device trade ins. A self check option is offered. But these were two packages I wanted to see in someone's hand. The counter employee couldn't have been nicer. And I was given a receipt with the tracking number. I can't speak to the pricing since both packages were prepaid. The business is located on the north side of Northampton Boulevard not too far east of Norfolk Premium Outlets & the entrance & exit ramps to I-64. The spacious store that's meticulously clean is located in a small shopping center whose exterior is pleasant & appealing. Parking is plentiful. Not just shipping, copy services & shipping supplies were offered. I was surprised to see greeting cards, books, office supplies, electronic device accessories and much more. The organization of the various displays was nicely done. The size of the store allowed for plenty of room for its various offerings. There was absolutely no crowding, which I loved. It's not fun to try to squeeze between store displays. The FedX Center led me into wandering around to see what they sold. Bravo!

My husband and I stopped by a few minutes later and were helped by Bri. My husband was wearing a white Polo shirt and she let him know that white shirts are often denied because the background of the photo is white. My husband's shirt had some pops of color so we took his photo anyway, but then he remembered that he had a black jacket in the car and asked if he could retake the photo. Bri kindly allowed him retake his photo. After my photo was printed I noticed that there was a strong glare on my nose from the sun. I asked if I could retake my photo and Bri once again saved the day and happily retook the photo. There was a slight glare on the retake but Bri was able to get rid it by adjusting the lighting on the computer before printing the photo. Wonderful experience and very appreciative of Bri's help, patience, and customer service.

Having previously had a check stolen from the outside drop box I'm not ever mailing anything in that convenient drive through manner again. As usual there was a line inside. The line of cashiers is usually manned by one person only. The supply shelf in the lobby was completely bare, Since first class mail prices are increasing soon I considered stopping for more stamps. That plan was abandoned when I realized the time was approaching when traffic makes it almost impossible to turn north on Pleasure House Road. My task was accomplished. I drove home instead.
