I reached out to the owner Diane, who was absolutely no help at all and was only interested in telling me that they don't have any responsibility for the package. In my opinion, this store has created an unfair business practice that hurt customers in order to try and shield liability when something happens to the package. I lost my package and my money that I spent for it and the Owner did nothing. This store gave extremely poor quality and service. I would not recommend using this location at all unless you want to take a chance on losing your package and/or your money.
