After going back and forth for much longer than needed to about what should be done, she decides to do as I was asking (despite her attitude written all over her face). She mentioned it would be a bigger charge and to which I am fine with because on the way to the original destination, everything should be weighed for accuracy, but the smaller envelope should be weighed separately with the contents that will be returning to me.
