I've called the local FedEX distribution center and they cannot offer a reason why it hasn't been delivered because FedEx is using a third party for their deliveries. FedEx doesn't mind collecting the fees for 2nd day service but they do not provide 2nd day delivery. THAT IS FRUAD....plain and simple. Time to contact the FTC who takes care of FRAUDSTERS! My theory is that these third party delivery people hold packages till they have a full truck and then deliver in a given area thus saving themselves on gas costs. I can only speak for this location as an access point to pickup up UPS packages. I don't use their…read moreother services. If you're lucky enough, and they find your package in the back, you will likely continue to receive notifications from UPS that your package is waiting for you because half the time they will forget to ask you to sign for your package and it will appear that you've never picked it up. As I write this, I just received three messages in the last 24 hours reminding me to pick up a package (that I already have) or they're sending it back. The rest of the time, you'll receive a notification that your package is ready for pickup, which it truly is, but they will claim it's not there or that they know nothing about it. Doesn't matter that it has a UPS tracking number, they will not check that. You will have to return another day and insist that your package tracking says it's arrived and...oh my goodness! Indeed it REALLY is there and was actually there all along! I only send to here from Amazon if the package cannot be sent to the Amazon locker. However, in the last year, I've had issues with this location at least 6-8 times and that is over half the total times I've had parcels delivered there. I am not bothered by employees making mistakes but this repetitive issue is not "mistakes", this is unprofessional. I would like to use this location because it's conveniently located, but I at this rate, it's becoming not worth it.

What a mess of a "mail n more" place. The "CEO" Teresa came out with an attitude from hell and was…read morebad mouthing us to another customer in close promixity of my niece after we asked for an itemized receipt of a $113 total --- understandably so, any customer would question a total that high for some copies, a scan and two certified mail letters. After I mentioned she was being overly aggressive, she insisted she was not while still behaving insanely rude. The poor staff member she had was unable to handle the tasks herself and was improperly trained so made mistakes although she was trying her best to be kind through the entire interaction. I am appalled at the customer service and even the attire of someone whom claims to be the CEO. This place is an absolute joke; unprofessional and disgusting customer service with zero etiquette. My mother has frequented this place and I have advised her on many occasions to handle her copy, print and mailing needs here. However, after the way we were treated today, we will never return and make sure we alert the community of the behavior and unprofessionalism. TIP: FEDEX, UPS and USPS will be WAY cheaper and friendlier. Mailing costs alone will be at least 33% less and you will just need to print out at staples or actual UPS store (wish I had known this sooner).
