I sent a box to my sister. It cost 420.54 (I have the receipt) because they put a 19" by 22" by 3" picture and a small wood item in a 33-inch box nothing says fragile on any side of the box nor does it say this end up, the picture in the box has dust on the inside of the glass from the shells rattling around. The outside of the box was damaged so was handled roughly, very few air bags were at the bottom of the box there were only 3 with 21 at the top. Very unpleasant experience (we have pictures). I added the estimate from your store for 10 pounds and you packing it on your webpage and am attaching screen shot in one picture below. It would have been 61 dollars for 2-day air but this was sent ground. read more

I have had good experience with this UPS Store in the past, so am particularly disappointed with my recent experience. I paid to ship a package on September 9; there has been no update on tracking status for the last 14 days beyond "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item 09/09/2025 12:42pm." I was told by the store manager on September 15 they have no responsibility beyond printing the label, that they do no more than act as a "blue box" for the post office, and that I should follow up with USPS. I have done so, and USPS has now told me several times that they have no further information and that I should follow up with the shipping location. On September 22 the store manager insisted again that they have NO responsibility for the package. At this point it's pretty clear that my package never arrived at the post office after being handled by this UPS store. I don't know why that occurred and frankly don't care. What matters is that items purchased as a gift for my daughter on an overseas trip are now lost, and all I can get from the store - which I paid and left my package in the care of - is denial and finger-pointing. If it's lost, it's lost but apparently it's too much for this store to take responsibility even so far as to reimburse my shipping costs. read more

Went to mail 5 packages to the same address in Baltimore 5 days ago. Four went by UPS and arrived yesterday. The fifth went by USPS because Lily told us it would be cheaper. The tracking states that it is still at the store. So, called and got the run around. UPS has put in a "service request" with the USPS to try to figure out where the package went. I do not hold out any hope now. So I am out about $60 and have no gift to give my new grandson. I do not recommend this store. read more

I have been to a 3 UPS stores in a 30 mile radius and the Wareham store is by far a 5 star business. I walked in and was greeted with smiles and assistance. All the employees were visable and busy working but happy. A woman named Beth waited on me and took her time explaining everything to me. She was friendly, professional, and patient. Definately will be doing all my business there. read more
