I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. The way the teachers interact with the children is wonderful to see. The teachers are firm and consistent in their approach to bad behavior (ie. removing the child from the space, talking to them, explaining why, etc.). They are kind and patient, they teach, they have fun (art, shaving cream, dancing). It's truly the BEST DAYCARE IN TOWN. My daughter has learned so much!!!!! Examples - ABC's, sign language, how to write, even some Spanish colors, and so much more. The Director, Johana is phenomenal, as well. My daughter was having a behavioral issue 2-3 months into joining. She was ok with the other children but she was not listening to the teachers and displaying behavior that was not her normal behavior. I believe this was because we just changed daycares and in parallel I was transitioning her into her own room / bed. Johana sat me down and explained all the issues and the impact it was having. She gave some recommendations on what we could work to implement, together, to try and rectify the problem. She was also very clear on how long we had to try and implement a solution (before we would need to change schools). All things I truly appreciated because there was over communication on the problem, a willingness to work together to try and resolve the issue, and a clear deadline. In the end, I was finally able to get through to my daughter and her morning statements of "I don't want to go here!!!" changed into "I can't wait to tell Ms. Caila XYZ" or greeting Mrs. Johana on the way to excitedly join Ms. Temu's class. Their willingness to try and work with you (as a parent) and their dedication to providing a safe, fun, and educational place for all the children is impeccable. The instructions clearly stated that the item should be placed in a box (preferably the original one, which I had) and that the UPS Store would print the label. The man behind the counter opened my box "to check the return," then told me I had to take the box with me. I explained that I was following Zappos' directions, but he insisted a box wasn't required and that it wasn't his problem. When I tried to show him the instructions, he refused to look. Another employee jumped in, saying they're "not a garbage center" and that if I didn't take the box, they'd cancel my return. At that point, I asked for the owner's contact information. The second worker sarcastically asked "for what?" and then flat-out refused to provide it, choosing instead to ignore me and go back to his laptop. I left with my return and label in hand. I'll be escalating this to corporate and will never use this location again.

When he heard call the police he told me to "Get the F* out." Unfortunately, the response I received was simply that I needed to leave because that was what the manager wanted, rather than addressing the actual issue. This was an extremely frustrating and concerning experience especially being 5 months pregnant. I would strongly caution others to avoid this location at all costs.
