Additionally, I was charged a $2.95 "File Access Fee" just for retrieving the document from the email. This raises serious concerns about privacy and data protection: * Does UPS authorize its franchise locations to use Gmail accounts to handle customer documents? * What protections are in place for customers' information when documents are sent to and accessed through a third-party email service? As a customer, I expect higher standards and stronger safeguards when handling personal or sensitive documents.
