I absolutely love this place. I have been a customer here for 6 years and although it's been harder to get in and out because of the growth from the area the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I have both a business and personal box here. The services they provide have been such a great thing that I can drop off my amazon boxes with the quick scan, I can ship things for business and have business cards, banners and folders all made. They are extremely helpful. I inquired about business cards because there was a nice banner about how they can help me with my business. Unfortunately, everything had to be written down and there weren't any brochures on what the prices are and what you would receive for that price. I do like the pricing, the fact that it was full color, and I can add my QR code on the back. Also, I like that I would get it back in two business days. Because the price is right and the staff is very helpful, I will be back to make my business cards. I just wish I could do it in the convenience of my own home. Update: I did not go with the business cards here. I did not want to stand and give my order at a station. Owner/Manager Store # 4071 I'm a 71 year old senior citizen who feels it only right to complain when something goes wrong or compliment when something is perfect. All to often in our busy schedules we make time to complain but we don't make the time to praise someone. That should stop. I would like to express my praise regarding two of your employee's. I was in your store on February 10th and a lady by the name of Kathleen took me and not only was she knowledgeable, helpful but she really seemed to be very sincere regarding assisting me. I just moved to the area and wanted to support my small business owner but I will never come here again. I just need to fax some documents and about 45 minutes later I'm still waiting. They are not friendly or professional. Reminder to self use your money at another place that appreciates their customers. It wasn't that busy in the location. Clueless and careless! Came into this store hoping to get assistance with a package I shipped that never arrived to its destination. The tracker tool on teh site has given inaccurate details and so I was hoping to get some troubleshooting and clarification from a human. I first attempted to call customer service but due to covid it stated the call center was closed. What? So now, here I am with no package and no assistance. This is when I decided to go into the store. I got the feeling I wasn't going to get competent help and unfortunate I was right. I was told to call the customer service line so I advised her I already did and that it was closed. She didn't believe me and continued to advise me to call them and hit zero until you get through. I followed her advice and all it did was hang up on me. I asked if they could at least track my package in their system since it should be more detailed than the customer view and she hesitated and then told me it would say the same thing. There was only one other customer in the store yet all they wanted to do is get the "problem customer" out of the store. They said extensive delays are common right now. Well, if that is the case that should have been told to me prior to shipping the package. People are far more understanding when they are properly informed of the expectations. Thats not a lot to ask. With that being said, according to the tracker my package arrived at the facility in my town on Thursday and its now Saturday so there was ample time for it to be delivered. read more

I came into this location today June 26, 2019 to make one set of copies that are 4 pages. I casually walk up to the register, get the card with their email on it, send off my PDF to the email for it to be printed. I then sit patiently waiting to be called and it doesn't take long. The older woman is wearing her hair in a messy, wet looking bun on top of her head like she has just risen from bed. Unprofessional looking. She asks me what I need, I say "I just need a copy printed." She then refers me to the printer and computer back at the front which is used for people who are paying with card whom don't want to wait. She tells me "We can't print them up here for you" I immediately a stern tone and let her know I will be paying with cash and I do not use my card for those things because when I was at a FedEx downtown, I used one and they automatically withdrew and held 10.00 from my account (which they returned much later on). The younger gentleman that was there training for the job from this woman was kind enough to let me know he would help me. However, as he was halfway to me asked him what the email is, I told him and she then proceeded to print it out. As she's printing it out, she mutters "what?? What is this thing doing?" And then proceeds to realize that she made a mistake, she corrected the issue quickly. She printed out my stuff and I retrieved it from that same printer she referred me to. I noticed there were a few people in the store at this point and since I was paying cash, I didn't expect it to be more than a dollar or 2 at most. Wanting to get out of her hair and get on about my day I let her know, you can just take these 2 dollars and keep the change, because I know it won't be more than that. She tells me to hold on because she needs to ring me up and that it will be around $3. Now I'm like, ummmmm. What? $3? I let her finish without saying a word but those are my inner thoughts. She then tells me a price of $3.82. At this point I have to break a $5 I didn't feel like breaking. I ask her why it's so much. She says, because we had to scan the email and print out 4 copies. It is 4 pages one side each of 1 set of copies. 1 set of copies! I absolutely hate when my intelligence is insulted, #1. #2, FedEx is way cheaper than that being $1.79 or something similar and that's for printing a resumé on 80 lb type paper, the kind that doesn't fold. So I KNOW FOR A FACT 4 pages of REGULAR WHITE PAPER IS NOT $3.82. I then gave her the $5 and asked why it is so expensive in comparison to FedEx. She said "I don't compare shop so I wouldn't know". I respectfully got my change and cussed her out ((IN MY HEAD)). It made me feel like I was just played for a fool because she told me she couldn't even print it in the first place. So I looked up the ups store printing services online. Put in 4 pages, black and white, 1 set of copies. A total of $1.92. Wow. So I was just charged almost twice as much. Now, listen. I'm an African-American woman, 23, with dreads. I'm not one to take disrespect, and once I walked in I felt a hostile environment. This day and age with all this racism going around I WILL NOT stand for disrespect like this. I called the store and let her know that she OVERCHARGED ME, she said "you paid for the stamp and our ink and printer" excuse me but what stamp? She said, "didn't you get the mail?" NO. I got one set of copies totaling 4 pages. At this point I'm ready to cuss her out and it's soon enough coming. I tell her to not disrespect my intelligence, because that doesn't make any sense. She tells me "We use our own equipment and ink so your paying for that" I let her know it's the same ink and equipment I would have been using with the printer she used that she pointed me to in the first place. "She then said I don't know what to tell you, YOU didn't want to pay the 2.00 it would have been with your card" NOW, I start cussing her out. Won't say the extent to what I said, but basically told her she needs to know her job. That just proved that she deliberately overcharged me. Her trying to diffuse the situation told me I can come and get my money back. I won't be going back because it's going to end up in me literally cussing her out face to face. I don't want to disrespect older people at all, let alone twice all for the sake of doing it. Plus, I have enough money so that's not my issue. The issue is the flat out way she just charged me whatever KNOWING that was incorrect. It is such an insult UPS, you need to fire this woman. YESTERDAY. This is why you have so many bad reviews now. This is the worst UPSStore I've ever been too. I had some Christmas return packages that were boxed and had the return slips, all I needed was the boxes to be taped shut and my receipt. A lady taped my first box and then her manager came out, pointed to a table and told me to tape my own boxes and oh yeah, please donate a dollar for using our tape. Definitely not what I'm used to. Told me to "fill out the paperwork" and I'd "get the tracking in an email." 24 hours later...still no email. I called the next day to inquire about the lack of email, and the woman answering the phone took my phone number and said she'd call me back. A few hours later...no call. I called back again and a man told me because of the shipping selected, I would not be getting an email. Very different from what I was originally told. This place is great. It's right next to my house and has convenient hours. I've been doing all of my business shipping transactions here for a while now. The staff is polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I have a mailbox with them as well and the rates are very affordable and I've never had any problems whatsoever. The only thing of note is that this location is advertised as having 24/7 access which it does not. This doesn't affect me so it's no problem but wanted to mention it. Would definitely recommend this location for anyone who needs to ship stuff big or small. They even accommodated my 205 pound wooden crate that was going UPS Freight. Thanks! read more

I have utilized the services at the location in Wesley Chapel (store # 4071) for quite some time now, and have found all the employees to be exceedingly well informed as to the various options for mailing all types of parcels, including those that are not specific to U.P.S. The revolving door never seems to cease spinning, yet there isn't even a trace of difference in the quality of customer attention, service, the legwork they do to facilitate my postal needs, or their pleasant demeanor. They never rush a customer who needs additional information. They work efficiently, smoothly and seamlessly to keep customers informed and allay any concerns over shipping, and all its details.
