We talked tats & everything random. Of course I was the only customer in this adorable tiny post office. There are two service registers, but I'm unsure if there were two employees on the clock. I noticed the newer (& larger) available PO Boxes outside for those wanting to pick up their mail after hours. If only all postal experiences could go this smoothly:) Here's to the benefits of small town, old fashioned service! UPDATE: A Hong Kong Amazon contractor ("Betty" from Tennessee-- lol) would not refund me the $40 I spent on a counterfeit fabric shower curtain. I stupidly had not insured the return package, but I did lose the receipt. Catherine, head postal worker here, went through 3 days of receipts to locate my initial transaction, & (without me asking) gave me a printed copy of it & proof my package was received two days after I mailed it. She was happy to help. What other post office will do that for a customer? Yes, I am impressed w/ this small town service center!

Super easy to mail a package…read more I almost never go to the post office, but when BPB CM, Blue A., left his sunglasses in my car I had to figure out how to get them back to him. (Just know that he really liked those sunglasses or else they would have never found their way back to BPB). My sister taught me that USPS is the cheapest way to mail things. I once had to mail her glasses to LA and she got super mad at me for using UPS because it was a lot more expensive. I learned my lesson (not to do my sister any favors. JK, always use USPS and think long and hard about doing my sister any favors). I looked up closest USPS to me and it was this one. Know that the car wash is exceptionally popular so you might want to turn the street before so you don't get stuck waiting for the car wash to move like I did so I could turn into the gas station. The USPS is part of the gas station. There was nobody there other than me so I was able to walk up, put down the sunglasses and ask what is the cheapest way to mail these. The guy behind the counter was really helpful. He even gave me a sharpie to write the address on the padded envelope. For any purchases under $10 you have to use cash. For once in my life I was actually carrying cash with me! Go figure. It was nine cents over the dollar so I thought I was going to get back 91 cents. Nope! The cashier rounded down and let the nine cents slide. Thank you! I was in and out in less than five minutes. Now this is the way to send mail.

You can drop off packages here to the employees who work here. They'll answer questions about anything you need to ask. They offer stamps, boxes, receipts, custom forms and etc. I been coming here when I am in the area for the past 10 years on and off and this Post Office location has been here for years and years. It's located convient next to a Gas Station & Barber Shop. The staff here are always nice and helpful when you need help packaging a package or shipping an item to someone around the state or states or country.

I got some Sesame Street and T-Rex stamps. I think you can also order online. They have greeting cards, packing materials, priority shipping stuff ans P.O. Boxes you can rent. Private parking lot as well as street parking. Send out those packages people.
