In the middle of a horrible pandemic, staff doesn't wear masks. They just plain don't care.

Love this place. It's quicker than a post office, clean, convenient, and very friendly service.

I went in to ship something. I needed a box. The guy behind the counter pointed to the small…read moreshipping supplies area next to where you drop the packages off. Ok I'll go look. They didn't have what I needed. I left to go on the hunt. The kid was so rude I thought of heading down to the FedEx store on BBD near 75 but then thought of the time it would take and I figured I'm just dropping it off I can handle his attitude for a short interaction and went back in to drop my package off. I'm standing at the counter for a few minutes as he's literally meandering around behind the counter just touching the machines and OMG did he just twirl around? He knew I was there. I have no idea why tf he's being like this, all I did was ask him a question the last time I was in. Finally after he's touched all the machines he looks up and addresses me. At this point I don't even trust him with my package. All I could muster was a FU and OMG! And I walked out. Like seriously - what was that about? Typically I'm gonna give retail employees all the grace in the world - but this guy? Not a chance. I don't go there often so me saying I'll never shop there again means nothing. But really? They don't offer anything we can't get elsewhere.

Awful customer service. Went to pick up prayer cards for my Grandmother's funeral service. Was…read moregreeted very poorly by Alex in the print area. Had an attitude like no other and sighed and had like a "whatever" attitude when I asked him to do minor things like cut the prayer cards out. He just acted like he didn't want to be there or help anyone. Was sloppy with the work too. Not to mention this was the second go round with this store since they messed up my first order when my wife dealt with another employee that had the kind of non-caring attitude. Probably won't come here again if this is what management allows to be the standard.

So after driving all the way to this UPS Store, instead of using my own mailbox, the letter sat at this store for two mail days (Friday & Saturday). Instead of leaving Tampa on Friday, like I thought it would, it gets stamped three days later on a Monday. Completely missing the actual birthday by four days. I'm apologizing to the recipient who thought I forgot them. This is completely unexplainable. The main purpose of this store is to get mail out. I wouldn't trust them if time is of the essence. Original review from June 14, 2025: Arrived at 2:30p to a sign on the door (see pic) that says taking a break for 20 minutes. Door is locked. It's now been 30 minutes and no sign of the employee. 95 degrees out and now eight people in line waiting (see pic for some of them). How does this happen on a Friday afternoon?

However, I was surprised to see a new UPS store open that day. I walked in and was warmly greeted by Lanah, who assisted me in successfully returning my Amazon packages. Additionally, I also needed to get some printouts, which I was able to get easily from the same store.

Earlier in the June, I needed to get fingerprinted and the company required me to go to this PakMail. They said that I will be required to show 2 forms of identification, with a primary id being government issued. I went there and got fingerprinted without any issues. In fact, I was not even asked to show my IDs by the fingerprinter, his name is Andy. Fast forward a few weeks later and my 15 y/o daughter also needs to get fingerprinted for volunteering at a camp. She is also required to go to the same PakMail to get fingerprinted. Again, they mention to her that she should bring 2 forms of ID. She just turned 15 so she does not have a Driver's License, but she does have her birth certificate, SSN, and a School ID. When we get there the same gentleman, Andy, immediately looks at her and asks if she has two forms of ID for the fingerprinting. We tell him that we do have a School ID and also SSN and BC. He then says that may not be sufficient and that she will need a government-issued License. We go through the process and he says that the system will not let him continue because she needs a government issued ID. Of course, I'm very annoyed because I just went through the same process and the same fingerprinter didn't even care to ask for any of my IDs, but NOT for my daughter, so this is all subjective on his end. I remind him of this and of course, he says that he does not remember me and that he always applies the rules the same for everyone. I pull up my registration # and date/time to show him proof but he is set in his position. The only difference between me and my daughter is that she wears hijab as a practicing Muslim and that immediately triggered for me the discrimination that Muslim women feel being treated differently and held to a different standard. Obviously, I will never know what Andy was thinking and perhaps he is just a lazy employee who arbitrarily chooses to do his job properly. Either way, an overall very poor service and very unprofessional by him and the store. I would not recommend using them for any services.
