I actually give this store a zero. Refused to give me my package even after procuring all required info, including driver license and tracking number. Still has not shipped my package back even. Claims they did but based upon their bizarre actions I doubt it. Take your business elsewhere to a store that doesnt break Federal Trade Commission laws and thinks they are above reproach. read more

I called and explained that my UPS printer is not working and no matter what I do I cannot save a label either to PDF to an email or to a mobile code or whatever. That said no matter how many times I tried to explain that using different words, sometimes simpler words... The person on the other end of the phone just could not grasp what I was saying and kept telling me to email them the label or maybe even go to the library and email it from there. Wow. The employee, Jackie, is incompetent. And the owner, Ralph, doesn't know basic customer service skills. I went into the store to mail a letter out, she asks me if I wanted to pay for shipping! I let her know once again that I would like to mail the letter out and just needed a stamp. She proceeds to tell me that the total to ship was 15$ after I repeatedly told her I wanted to mail it out! I started questioning myself on whether or not I can mail it out but I know just three weeks prior I did exactly that with no issues! In the midst of me stating AGAIN I would like to mail the letter out, the owner steps in whilst talking to another customer and says it's just a misunderstanding basically tells me I was being hostile after answering the same question over and over and having her waste my time! He does this in front of all the other customers that are in the store making it seem like I was being aggressive when it was his employee that was at fault! After speaking with him and him clearly stating that she was wrong, he never once scolded her or said anything to her while it was a store full of people or even while it was just the three of us in the store. He then made it clear that he didn't try to rectify it with me after I returned and asked to speak to a manager bc "you already left a bad review" which I hadn't but you're telling me if I leave an honesty review about the store, that means I don't deserve proper customer service? I also asked him why he didn't step in earlier when she was doing the wrong thing but stepped in when I was talking and he said he was dealing with customers which he was also dealing with customers when he rudely interrupted me. So you couldn't tell her that she was wrong bc you were dealing with customers but that didn't stop him from saying whatever to me in front of a store full of people. read more

I ordered my package last week for my wedding band and they told me specific times to be available to sign for my packages and the delivery services failed to let us know ahead of time that they were not reliving at the scheduled time. Customer service has something different to me each time and they are not efficient with their jobs Or nice. read more

It's a typical UPS Store. The employees are friendly, half are wearing a mask, and it's clean. They have a big parking lot.

Worst customer service EVER at this location. Every single time, they always have an issue processing Amazon returns. I'll go to Kohl's instead from now on. They had zero problems processing my return there. read more

I could just cry from frustration dealing with UPS. My husband ordered something for me but neglected to put our apartment number on it. I called the retailer to make the change who called UPS to make the change. 7 days later and they are still sending e-mails asking for an updated address. I logged into my account to try to make the change myself but it isn't allowed. The retailer has been called 3 times to update the address without success. I have been calling UPS for 7 days to locate my package and all you get is transferred. No one can seem to tell me where my package is. I have only been able to speak to a human twice and, since English was not their first language, it was unbearably painful to get the correct information or even communicate with this person effectively. Was pricing a item to be shipped. I ask what it would cost to ship a item and the lady quoted me 48 dollars. So I looked around for a better price and ended up coming back 2 hrs later and then she quoted me 60 dollars. She said she made a mistake. Ridiculous! read more

We had to get some documents notarized and shipped back immediately. I expected to pay a premium for notary services given the type of business. However, $8.00 per page because it contained both my wife's signature and mine is exorbitant. The woman behind the counter was pleasant enough. I doubt we will be giving them any further business. read more

I had an image I needed scanned, edited and then printed out and Matt was amazing with helping me with that. I was a little worried the store wouldn't be able to do what I wanted but Matt was able to take care of it. He was able to change exactly what I needed and then print it for me all within 20 minutes. Matt has helped me before with shipping packages as well and is always friendly and upbeat when I walk in. Highly recommend if you have any issues or questions, talk to Matt!!! read more

Usually in the store at least once a week returning items to Amazon or shipping something for my work. Matt is always there and most of the time is the one helping me. A lot of times it looks like he's working by himself as there never seems to be anyone else helping him and he always looks very busy. Matt always does an amazing job with helping me in a very friendly and positive way. I've also seen him deal with a difficult customer once and he handled it in a very professional manner and continued to apologize for not being able to help the customer with their needs. He always greets customers when they walk in and acknowledges those in line waiting. This, to me, shows that he cares about wanting to help everyone as quickly as possible. Often times I can see him trying to run both registers to help customers even faster when someone is taking a while on one register searching for an address or something on their phone. Matt seems to know the business and always has an honest answer for questions that come up when shipping. When I do see other employees there, they are always slow or rude and just seem to have an attitude about them that just makes it feel like they don't want to be there. I've noticed the older man talk to customers about things not related to what they came in for and it just slows the line down even more. The shorter heavy set woman also isn't very pleasant and have seen her walk away from the registers many times while there is still a line leaving Matt to take care of everything by himself. Overall this UPS Store location provides a good service but Matt in particular, provides the best service at this location. He goes above what I feel is expected to make sure customers are taking care off. Prices for shipping are fair and I've never had an issue with a package not getting to it's destination. read more

I've only ever used shipping services but have been very pleased with the exceptional customer service and efficiency. I ship internationally quite often and have experienced issues with the postal service in getting forms completed, etc. After my first visit to this store, I knew I'd never go elsewhere with my shipping needs.
