I work nearby and wanted desperately to finish printing my wedding invitations for my wedding in September. I dropped off my print job around 9:30 in the morning. I headed off to a meeting and when I returned an hour or two later, the job was completed flawlessly - the first time (something the location near me struggled to do after 8 visits)! Heather was so friendly and helpful. I was completely blown away! When I returned to pick up the job, Gina rang me up. I asked her if she could help me print a sheet of address labels for my invitations (something that had led to a ton of misprints when I tried at home). She not only said she could help me, but she waited so patiently as another bride shared some great invitation mailing advice. When we finished chatting, Gina had my labels printed in the blink of an eye! I am beyond grateful for Heather and Gina's help! They made somethings that had been so frustrating up to that point a piece of cake.
