They eventually showed up five and a half hours late, in a U-Haul (not a company truck), with only one hand truck -- and had to use mine. Every single piece of my furniture was damaged, many items were completely broken, and some were outright missing. I watched one mover literally throw my boxes around and carry one couch pillow at a time while the clock -- and my bill -- kept running. This same mover argued with co-workers in front of me and even dropped an F-bomb at me on his way out.
