A handy UPS store. Most clerks are friendly, some just there and not customer friendly. But it's like that everywhere.

I appreciate the customer service at this UPS store! I had to ship 23 separate gifts, and they ordered extra boxes for me, helped make this task much more manageable. So very very very disappointed in this location's policy to not print UPS Labels (yes... you read that right) for UPS Customers. Each location is owned by a franchisee. So this is THE FRANCHISEE'S POLICY. I left my label in my hotel room and needed it reprinted. I cost me 5.95 to reprint my label at this location. I was shocked. I checked out the story they gave me about why they would not print out a UPS Label... not the truth. Not the truth at all. I once had a UPS Store in McKinney, Texas, refuse to provide a box that UPS provides for free... but this, this takes the cake. It literally costs pennies to print a label. I have shipped, insured, over a 2 Million Dollars worth of product through UPS Capital (ParcelPro). The cost to do that is... it's expensive. This is a slap in the face to UPS Customers. read more

On a Monday I had an important document that needed to travel about 300 miles for overnight delivery before 10:30 am. Tuesday. Package arrived late on Friday afternoon more than 3 days late. When I called and wanted a refund I was shocked to learn that their "overnight" service was not guaranteed in light of the Covid Pandemic. After much angst and aggravation they kept every bit of my $32.18. These people suck. They Suck Bad. And They Suck Loud. U.P.S. will never see another penny of my money. read more

The entire staff that I dealt with today was fast , efficient , accurate . I had a very important document that had to be notarized , ids photocopied and mailed . This entire process was painless . I got home to find out I had left off a number . I was frantic . I called the store and Lori kindly stopped her extremely very busy day to go search through bins so I could add the number . Please don't go there, Lori use your personal confidencial information against you, I went this morning to request service scanning documentation, I paid $5 bucks for the service but was sent to my e-mail wrong , I had to drive 35 minutes to home and come back, at my time of returning , they didn't even apologize about it, the girl that was scanning the documents, brand new , she didn't have any clue how to use the computer ,she made a mistake and I went back to the store to fix it, it's important to mention my documents had my fingerprints , degrees and other personal info to continue my education, 30 minutes later Lori found my cell phone number and uses to do threats against me , telling that she will be presenting charges and call the police if I don't pay $5 extra,yes ! I gave the benefit of the doubt and I called very polite explaining that I paid, she was blowing out, she was loud, rude, and threat me again, I had to hang up. it's ridicuolus , she is doing all this drama for $5 bucks that I ALREADY PAID!!! I didn't agree with the charges, so she is harrasing me, I called the police and I will show I did pay , thank God , I did with my credit card receipt, I have a receipt, I have the voice mail that she leave in my phone and I will be using in it to file a police report , Please be careful they use the documentation to harrasing you and ask you for more money, read more

Great professional service. I visited this location during their busy season. They sure were busy. There were about 15 people in the location. One emplyee appeared to be notarizing several documents. The young lady that was assisting customers treated each customer as if that was the ONLY customer in the store. She attended each customer politely and quickly. There were 6 people ahead of me and I was very impressed on how quickly she handle the line. read more

In order to print 3 pages, black and white at letter size from a USB, I was forced to rent a computer for $5 a half-hour. They can't print otherwise? A computer I needed to use for 30 seconds because you don't have a photocopier that takes a USB or a printer station? $5 to print three pages, black and white letter-sized documents.
