When I'm running errands and I visit a transaction-based store, my needs are simple. It is all about SPEED and EFFICIENCY! Get me in and out and on my way quickly and I'm a happy man. I had an Amazon package to return. So, let's see what happened here. It's in a big plaza so parking was a snap. I popped in the door and the store was nice and bright and clean. There was one person in line, so I waited less than two minutes and then I was up. The guy smiled and greeted me and had my return processed and a receipt in my hand in maybe 45 seconds! He smiled again and wished me a good day and I was gone in substantially less the five minutes. That exactly what I want! The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is that I didn't test them with a new shipping transaction instead of just a return, but if I have that need, you can bet I'll return here! read more

My overall experience at this UPS Store was very phenomenal. The young lady that was doing my shipment was very nice and knowledgeable. The only complaint that I have is that another young lady with braids seen an elderly couple come in with two large boxes and she proceeded to walk away. I said to the other two ladies she's just gonna walk away one of the other workers look back and just shook her head and said that's OK. I'll take them. She needs to trained on. You never walk away from customers when you see your other coworkers with other customers, that was very rude of her to do that. read more

I would give 0 if I could. promised a Tuesday morning delivery of time sensitive material and it was not delivered until Wednesday. material was taken to this UPS store on Sunday morning and overnighted for a charge of $50.86. I am new widow and this material was regarding my husband's pension which included my hospitalization paperwork. read more

I honestly cannot ever remember getting better service at any shipping office ever! I inadvertently went in misunderstanding what was needed to return some packages to Amazon and the ladies at that store (in particular Kandice) went far out of their way to assist me and to not make me feel foolish. Kandice was especially kind, helpful and professional in helping me return those very large and cumbersome packages! Thank You for such fine service. read more

A package was supposed to be delivered by 10:30. I still do not have it. You guys aren't answering your phone as corporate is trying to get you to reach your incompetent driver. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. I recently mailed a very important package with tracking in this store. The package was lost , a woman named Madonna handled the transaction and when I called to get information and ask her to look around the store she refused. It never left that store is what Corporate UPS is telling me, never was scanned as picked up. This happened 2 months ago and Im still waiting for payment for my very expensive items. I was in about a week ago with my drop off. I had to go to work so this was the only time I could come. As I walked in I saw the old lady behind the counter taking money out of the register tray which she seemed to be counting in the back counter. As I walked in she was walking towards her purse and did not hear me enter. When she saw me she became startled and dropped it into her purse and walked towards me. I have since tried to contact owner and when I call I am told he isnt available. Thats very bad for business. I have come to this store for years and only come when I know she is gone. She is very rude and not friendly at all. Need new management ASAP. read more

If I could possibly have posted a review with a minus 5 stars I would have because this store has an employee who is the most hateful, unprofessional person I have ever met. I went to the store last week to ship two separate packages and was also in need of them to do the packaging. A young man who was obviously new came to help us and after explaining what type of services I was in need of, proceeded to start by weighing my first package. Immediately, a female employee (who's name I never got and you'll soon see why) came over and began admonishing the young man about what he should be doing and her tirade against this young man only served to further confuse and traumatize the young man. He was so rattled he completely forgot all of what appeared to be the minimal training he had received. The poor young man was embarrassed beyond belief and I was embarrassed for him. Had I been able to find my tongue after receiving sticker shock that they wanted $85 to ship one package that weighed less than 7 lbs, I would have let the female employee have a piece of my mind. What she did and said to that poor young man was so absolutely rude and unnecessary. I will NEVER return to that store ever again! The female employee needs to be trained in how to manage employees in the correct manner, particularly in front of customers. This is a review!!!!! read more
