I have been here a few times. Staff is always rude and they act they hate being there. Go to another location.

I have been coming to this usps store for years. I just left the store witch a had a question on a return and this little girl new to store was very rude and upsetting!! The know it all attitude has to be dealt with. That's is not how you treat customers even if the return should have been done at usps. Sorry, is go going to ruin the store. I have been going to this location for years now. I own a small business that requires weekly shipping and my husband buys way too many things on Amazon, that adds Amazon returns to my tasks when I go there. I preprint my mailing labels so i am basically doing drop offs most of the time. I've also had to have a few documents notarized, my passport photo taken and they have been very helpful with that. Pros: My transactions go fairly smoothly. I get receipts for my shipments and returns. They have a kiosk for Amazon returns if you want to self serve. Most representatives are friendly and helpful. Cons: Parking - the parking lot is thunderdome - lol Do yourself a favor, get in a few steps, avoid close calls backing out and park in the Kroger parking lot. read more

The staff at this store are so indifferent I was worried for them. Went in the afternoon on consecutive days. Both times there were at least six customers in line ahead of of me. Both times the same loan female employee worked the front, saying nothing, avoiding eye contact, and moving so slowly that time moved backwards. Another employee in the back was casually taping boxes and occasionally walking out front, not acknowledging the long line of customers, nor offering his colleague help. If you're the manager reading this, please check on and your staff and do more to support them, train them, etc. They in turn will support your customers. In my case, I left the second time and went to FedEx Office. It was much better staffed and they thanked me for my business. read more

I came into this location yesterday to ship a package there was a woman and man just standing there not doing anything and when I walked in they said absolutely nothing to me. I greeted them by saying "Good morning" and neither of them said anything in response so I repeated myself and they said "Good morning " with low energy. I provided my shipping information to the rep and she gave energy like she really didn't want to help me! It was a very unpleasant, and unprofessional experience and I don't recommend people using this location for their shipping needs I will now go to FedEx where the workers are friendly and helpful read more

Sat in this location for 20 minutes attempting to download and print PDFs. Employees let me know that their computers don't allow downloads. Still had to pay for the time spent on the computer. Wasn't provided a receipt which I needed, and was told I would have to pay again for my service in order to receive a receipt from the front counter. I'm a very frequent Amazon shopper and have come to this UPS Store location a number of times to return packages. After checking out the other Towne Lake location today, I think I'll be going there more in the future. Though outside this location's control, the parking lot is always crazy, and I feel like every time I park out front, someone almost hits me as I'm backing up to leave. The store is also frequently busy. Since the pandemic began, I've seen both employees and patrons not wearing masks, which is definitely a turn off for me, especially in such a small space. Finally, I feel like employees here are often frustrated. I've heard employees have "a tone" both with me and other patrons over trivial matters. A combination of this with the other factors above just makes me not want to frequent this location. read more

I came to this location to mail a small package to a friend (a gift). A week later my friend let me know she got the package but had to pay postage that was due on it! I was puzzled and decided I would go by the UPS store to talk to someone about it. I was greeted by a young man, told him what happened, he was puzzled and looked into it only to tell me that they accidentally charged me the wrong amount on the package! I told him how embarrassing it was to send a gift to a friend only for her to have to pay $3.52 to get it! . He didn't know what else to say, didn't apologize, I walked out!!!! I will never go back to this store location again!!!!!!!! read more

I didn't have good experiences in the past with this UPS store and I don't know if they went through new owners but now they're much better. In the past the employees would be talking among themselves while they were helping me which I think is not only unprofessional but they're liable to make a mistake on my transaction....I remember a few years ago I had ordered a book on Amazon and had to pay to ship it back...the employee quoted me $7.45 for shipping which cost more than the book itself. When I questioned his pricing he got a snotty attitude. So I hadn't been back since...However recently I had ordered something that the UPS driver had brought it here instead of leaving it at my front door...which I appreciated. I was able to pick up my stuff and went on my merry ways....for now I will leave a 3 stars but if I continue to receive good customer service here then I will up it to a 4 stars.... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I tried to fix an issue with a package where THEY left off an apartment letter and the store MANAGER was on the phone trying to fix it saying that "the customer was being complicated and wanted to keep changing things" a joke of a manager. read more

This location has been consistently good in terms of friendliness and speed of service. Just around the holidays, I had to ship something somewhat urgently and arrived just as the store was set to close. Even though the UPS driver had exited the store and was closing up his truck, a manager rushed my package out even though she was wearing a boot on her apparently injured leg. I was pleasantly surprised to see my package arrived a full day prior than the system indicated since it thought the package would have to wait until the following day for pickup. I won't go anywhere else to ship or mail. The people who work here have always been nice to me. Very professional and work with diligence. There may be times you come in as with any business, and there is a line. But rest assured the people who work here are doing their best to get to you next. They don't rush in a rude way though like some other places will. The people who work here are helpful and don't make you feel like you disturbed them during their lunch break. Pam is an awesome manager who has always known how to do her job. She is very firm in how she answers questions at times but she is not rude. She is just a busy woman trying to help the next customer. Overall I give this place a 5. I love it and won't go to the Post Office just because the service is fast and people are friendly read more

We have used this store for about 20 years as it is conveniently located close to our home. Staff is friendly and helpful. The reason I am giving it such a low score is the fact that in the middle of a world-wide pandemic this VERY small store allows customers to enter without a mask. I waited in a long line with others (all but 2 had on masks). There was only one person working when I first arrived, then two more showed up (including the manager). It looks like the store requires workers to wear masks, so why not customers? I don't think you will lose business from the non-mask wearers because if masks are actually required people will almost always wear them (as they want to take care of their business:). As a long-time business customer (with a UPS mailbox), I will choose to go elsewhere, at least for now (and be sure to tell others, as well). Protect your workers and your loyal customers. read more

Excellent customer service during a holiday rush! The store walls were packed with packages to ship out when I walked in on a busy Tuesday afternoon, Dec 12. There were enough employees so that I didn't have to wait to be helped. The transaction went smoothly and I was quickly on my way and my package was guaranteed to arrive in Hialeah, FL the following morning by 10:30am. However, when the package was not delivered by mid-morning the next day, I used the online tracker to locate it. After the package was finally delivered later in the day, I called back to this store and a full refund was quickly processed. All representatives I worked with were professional, understanding, and very helpful. Word of advice: pay extra for the earlier delivery. You can request to be refunded if your expectations are not met. Just allow extra delivery time during the holiday season. read more

This UPS Store meets the basic requirements. It's neither an enjoyable or dreadful experience.

A shame - this used to be a well run UPS location. It is now staffed by one young man who looks to be about 18. He was clueless about tracking an international shipment headed my way and could not use the UPS tracking number to check on it. Claimed it wasn't a UPS tracking number but it was and UPS.COM takes you right to it. Then I needed to send it on to a final destination and he gave a rough estimate (I didn't have an exact address) of $1.000! It will cost about $250 - I'm about to use a different UPS location to send it further on its way. read more

I ordered a gift for my husband for our anniversary, and it was shipped from the retailer to my home via UPS. Well, since I was at work when UPS delivered it, they decided to leave me a note, advising me to come to this location and retrieve my package within 7 calendar days. This was on Friday, beginning Memorial Day weekend. So, today, Tuesday, I drove to this location since I had the day off. I came in and waited for the young lady behind the counter to finish assisting her current customer, and then once it was my turn I gave her my name. She advised me she would have to check and see if they had the package, and went to the back. Then she informed me that, no, they do not have my package and that I'll just have to check back later since ground transport had not delivered it. So, for the last 3 days my package has been where? Chilling on the back of the truck of the person who had initially tried to deliver it, I suppose. Which is great, because it's not like I wanted to receive it in a timely manner or anything. I asked her if she could mark it return to sender because I won't be able to come again and try to retrieve it for a 2nd time, she very rudely told me that she wasn't able to do that here. So, my question, then is where the package goes after this, since I won't be retrieving it within the 7 appointed calendar days? I don't appreciate rudeness or incompetence. This company asked me to come to their location to pick up a package and it wasn't even available to me within the appointed amount of time. This is absolutely unacceptable. What is a shame is the people who have complained so loudly about the store have used it one time, things didn't go exactly their way, so they throw a hissy fit. I've used this store for over four years. I have a mailbox there. These people are some of the nicest people I deal with and I deal with a lot of people. I have used them for Posters and Banners at my office several times. The new owner is really on it!

I dropped a package to be shipped using a corporate UPS account as payment. When I placed the package on the counter, the young gentleman that helped me gave me a tracking number and set the package on the floor. He put one piece of tape on the paperwork I had filled out and taped it to the box. I asked him if needed to process it and he said he would do it later, I left. After 10 days, the package had not arrived. I called the store and they made it quite clear( not in a very professional way) that they were not responsible for the package because I had not shipped it "through them", I had just dropped it off there. I called the main UPS number and reported the package missing. After 11 days, I called again, they said the investigation was dropped after 2 days. UPS has my phone number and email address, I was not informed the investigation was dropped. I have now opened another one. This is not the first problem we have had this location, I will not be using the this UPS location again!! I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more
