UPS has lost an oversized package of my father's original artwork that was invaluable! This isn't something that fell through a conveyer belt!!! It's about 4'x6'x10" According to the tracking, it never left the Rose Creek, Woodstock, GA Store. However, the store tells me otherwise. I can only assume that someone took it. Because I have never had an issue with UPS before, I only insured it for $500, as it was already a $411.45 shipping fee at that point! It was a gift for a very important person that is considered family to us. I just received a payout. I'm flabbergasted that there wasn't any real attempt to find this package! perhaps they should check their employees' living rooms? Please share and broadcast to anyone and everyone!!! read more

I paid $12.67 to get an envelope delivered to Atlanta on September 16. The envelope was never delivered to the address and was sent back to UPS office at Rose Creek. I asked a staff member for a refund and they told me they would have to process it. Okay, great news. They reviewed my request and they are giving me a refund. They responded. read more

Just was impressed w how effortless & efficient they were! Mine was a fairly simple & straightforward, but felt confident the guy behind the counter knew what he was doing start to finish & even though it IS included in the price, just so appreciated all the mailing materials being right there AND my piece packed securely so there was nothing for me to do!! Sure it costs more than USPS some BUT appreciate knowing there's a secure alternative that takes all the effort off of me. I am a teacher, I went to this store this weekend to make copies for my class , when I needed help, the staff members (I don't know their names because they were not wearing name tags) were very rude and condescending stating that I can not make copies of copyright material even though I had the purchase license and permission to do so ( they would not give me a chance to show them). One (a big guy) even had audacity to snatch my teachers workbook from me and started to refuse handing me back my belongings. I was able to get it back and I left. I was so mad that I went back in to show them the license where I had permission. As I stepped back in the bigger staff member said "I will handle this" to his partner , even going as far as to step away from the customer he was helping at the time to be even more condescending and supposedly to put me in my place. The employee again snatch my teacher's workbook and stated that" you can't make copies of copyrighted material". I then showed him the license and replied " read that line please" that shows where I had permission. He did apologized, but the damage had already been done. The whole situation was embarrassing and I am very uncomfortable going back to this store. Instead of handling things professionally the staff decided to escalate things without the knowledge to do so. The staff needs to listen to people and give them a chance to explain things. I will not coming back to UPS. read more

Complete failure, and I will never do business with this store or ship UPS again. In addition to the ridiculous line, your employee is zero help whatsoever. UPS's website is complete garbage, and I am simply trying to have a delivery changed to either not require a signature or have it held at the store. After already going to the Holly Springs store and being told by the employee there that he couldn't get the website to work either, he told me that he could only change it to be held at that particular store. Being that this one is closer to home and I could have someone pick it up for me if I don't get home in time, I took time out of my day to come here and try to get it changed. After waiting in the ridiculous line, your completely useless employee told me that if I wanted to do that I could call corporate. Did not offer to provide any additional help. I will not be doing any further business here or with UPS after this experience. read more

Robert went above and beyond my expectations. I tried ordering business cards last minute online but couldn't get the template to zoom out to fit the picture I wanted for the card. So I then created a print job to print them on card stock and cut them out myself, but it would be done the next day so I went to the UPS store and Robert not only took his time to help me get the business cards he had them ready in less than 10 minutes. This was my first of many to come Robert you have definitely gained a loyal customer and I will tell everyone I know that the store on Rose creek is the one to use. Oh and let me not forget to say that while I was waiting the employees there still asked if I needed help before waiting on another person.. $5 for a box... I do a lot of drop offs at this locations so the one time I need a box now I decided to give them my business. It's never busy so I guess they have to make their money some way. I'll stick to the $2 big boxes at Kroger for now on. read more

I've been mailing packages from this location and the other one in Towne Lake for as long as they've been opened and both are always fast, helpful, and every package I've ever sent has arrived on time and in good shape! But this past week was unusual in that I had to ship my daughter's Leopard Gecko to her in Montana!!! Paul was super helpful in helping me make sure the lizard was packaged properly and would be able to breathe and stay warm! He and another man working pierced holes in the package, helped me stabilize the smaller container inside the box for the most comfort for the little guy. He arrived the next day at my daugher's sorority house happy (to get out!!) and healthy! (all this after dealing on the phone with FedEx for over 1/2 hour and finally being told they would not ship a live animal unless i set up an account with them - for a one time shipment - and would have to drive down to their main facility in Marietta) read more
