I've used this location several times. I always get in and out quickly. They are courteous and helpful. Their hours are great because the post office in Mustang closes at 4:30. Crazy! I do like that my prior history is saved in their system and I don't have to reiterate the same information each time. read more

5 stars because they met my expectations. All I needed to do was drop off an Amazon return, and a responsive woman met me at the desk, scanned a code, and off my package was! Very easy. The store was very clean, easy to drive to, and wasn't busy at all. Thanks UPS! read more

If you value your packages, do not drop them off here. They get lost and it even appears never get scanned out of the store. They initially try and help, but after a couple tries they stop and stop responding to correspondence. Poor customer service. read more

I have dealt with this office more than I care to admit, And have had Nothing but GREAT service, each and EVERY time. They are great. They dropped my computer and refused to take care of the damages. told the company after 4month we aren't reliable so refuse all call until the 3 month then said to bad the 3 months are gone it's been two years and still no compute. bad business. I came in today with a large heavy box that was supposed to have been packaged but I couldn't fit the million pieces of a set of barstools in the original box. She took me to the side and helped me repackage the return. She could have very easily said to come back after it was properly packaged but instead went out of her way to package everything up and send it off. Very kind lady and the best customer care. Unfortunately, this UPS store is the worst I've ever worked with. Be careful-I've stood waiting for them to figure how how to send a package for 30 minutes multiple times when they first opened. Also, when asking for them to ship my packages the cheapest way possible, they have never once offered me to ship it postal, which is always cheaper, until I call them out on it. I figured they were new and gave them time to figure it out. Most recently, I went to ship my sister some essential oil as a birthday present, and they made me wait with a sleeping baby as they call some hazardous hotline...Telling me I could be liable for any harm from this essential oil. Obviously, it was fine to send and then it never got to her! I tracked the package, had her call her apartment complex, multiple times we had people looking for this package, and then it was returned as "refused", and they won't send it again without making me pay for it a second time! This is not the fault of either the sender or the receiver, yet this store is the only one I've ever had issues with. The owner seems so kind and knowledgeable, so I waited until I won't use this store any more to warn others. But I won't be using them. Also, I understand we cannot ship hazardous material. I've shipped the same essential oil as a gift numerous times and it's NEVER been this HUGE of an issue. The employee made me feel very uncomfortable. read more

I've shipped and received large items many times and only ever had fast, competent service here.

The guy working aggressively asked if I was "just dropping off" when I walked in. Taken aback by his hostile greeting, I said I needed a shipping label. He snapped back that it would be at least a 20 minute wait because he was the only one working, clearly annoyed. There was only one other person in the store and he was literally just standing there talking (maybe flirting with the poor lady). Very negative experience read more

Usually it isn't busy and the workers just seem to chug along. Today, however, I went in with three boxes. The guy (tall bald head) was huffing and puffing before I even got up to the counter. I returned two small packages without issues. The third had a battery label on it. He said "we're not taking that". I ask why because I don't work at a packing store!! He mansplains it. I ask if I can just peel the label off. He then proceeded to tell me that I just needed to go home and re-box it. I say fine whatever and now I'm a little pissy too. I go to leave the store and he literally yells across the store if you have a problem with it contact the federal something agency. WTF!? Is it normally your policy to yell at customers on their way out the door?? I was literally getting ready to push the door open and he decides to yell across the store. None of this was that big of a deal AND TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! Use a local packing store instead. They don't deserve the business. read more

I had a great experience at the UPS store in Yukon! I was terrified because I had my two sons with me, but I needed to get a few things in the mail. Ben greeted me, and immediately started helping me. It was great to have such good assistance, while I corralled a toddler and newborn. Okay I literally got in my car and made a Yelp just because this ups is so trash. So here's my first review. I drove almost 20 min here, to get a usps label printed as a sticker, like I have many times before at different ups locations. I don't know why but usps won't print labels if they have a QR on them, so I always have to drive to ups. Unfortunately this time the ups ass hat tells me that they can't prints labels as stickers, which doesn't make any sense because I don't know how they would put labels on any packages then, and then he tells me they can't print usps labels, which doesn't make sense because they'll print anything, and they always have. I asked him if he knows which location I could do it at and he said they can't do it at any, so I just walked away, because of many past experiences I know that's obviously not true. Complete waste of time and gas, and honestly sad that they can have an employee that dumb, and unable to use any problem solving techniques to get a label printed at a place where one goes to get labels printed. I wish I could give this zero stars. Don't waste your time here read more

Sent a package through this store last July (2018). The package still hasn't arrived (it's now June 2019). Which happens. I understand you can't be perfect all of the time. That's not what earned them a one star rating. That rating is the result of a complete lack of customer service. I've gone into the store four times in the last year only to be told that a manager will call me (surprise, no call from the manager all four times). Went in this morning and shared a little more frustration and was told "there is nothing I can do for you, if you want to talk to a manager you'll have better luck coming in between 7:30 and 5 most weekdays"... what does that mean? If I'm lucky I can get help? Don't bother trying to call UPS either - been there, done that. Got put on hold for over thirty minutes, transferred three times and the last transfer I somehow got hung up on. Very disappointing. read more
