The store is ultra clean and well organized, with work stations, printing stations and supplies. Prices are reasonable. I saw some cool poster options during my visit that got my creativity rocking. Honestly, I could hang there all day. In and out of the strip mall is tight and the pavement is in rough shape. There was plenty of parking in front of the store.

They said, that all the other computers can't even send an email. So, we asked if the issue was with our USB or their computer, they got an attitude and said, "would you like us to throw away the computer." There have been a few mail issues over the years but all I have to do is call them and they immediately work through the problem with me. When I come in they are always super polite and helpful. And for those local the store can do just about anything. Think of it like a UPS store and Kinkos. If you're traveling a lot, the post scan mail membership is very convenient. When you get mail it gets scanned in and sent to you. You can then shred/recycle it, forward it on to somewhere or pick it up when you return. Overall I think they are a little more expensive than going direct to USPS or the other carriers but it is in a convenient location and the service is always good.

Every time we were given a completion date, it was pushed back again. Because of the repeated delays, we had to change sizes and adjust our plans multiple times just to keep our business opening on track. The delays directly affected the opening of our business. The entire process took over a month, and in the end, we did not even receive the product we originally wanted. We accepted an alternative only because we were told it was the only solution available. Despite all the delays and inconvenience, we never received an apology, nor were we offered any discount or compensation for the time and money we lost. The problems were not limited to the banners. Some of the other items were made in the wrong sizes, even though my husband personally visited and provided the exact measurements. We had to cut and modify some items ourselves, and one of our frames was damaged in the process, forcing us to purchase a replacement at our own expense. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication. Instead of proactively updating us, we constantly had to follow up and chase answers. Responses were slow, timelines kept changing, and there was very little accountability throughout the entire process. This experience cost us valuable time, money, and unnecessary stress during one of the most important periods of our business launch. If you are looking for a company that communicates well, meets deadlines, and takes responsibility for its mistakes, I would not recommend this business.
