Other customers also tend to speak loudly, and staff don't encourage them to lower their voices. On top of that, staff members often shout to each other across the room, which is distracting and inconsiderate--especially for people who come here to relax and unwind. That's really the only thing I think they could improve. If they offered quieter appointment times with less foot traffic and fewer distractions, I would gladly schedule my massages during those hours.

This time they asked me to swap to 60minutes because I assume they were falling behind? She did not state the price difference until I asked, which it went down to $40 just to be sure they didnt charge me the $60. Massage was okay this time, not great or as detailed/deep as before. They definitely seem busier I will say. I also would like the mention that the room has some clothing or something on the floor and the thin sheet they used to cover was a bit dirty. I could see the dark scuff marks. See screenshots of the receipt emailed to my husband, the Vagaro app itself, AND the confirmed booking which notates $120. If the pricing has changed, that's understandable, but update your booking platforms to match otherwise you're deceiving future and potential clients.

I always do deep tissue and I like it strong but Peter uses his elbows with all his weight pressings on my body. I don't think Peter knows what deep tissue means, just because we says strong doesn't mean to hurt us. So he put a towel on my lower back and put lined the stones on top and he massages my legs, letting the stones cool down a bit. After he was done with my legs, he went for the stones. I never had anyone use it on My head before and that shit hurts. Like he uses the stones to try scraping my head off from my shoulders, I think he was scraping my neck and accidentally hit my head a couple of times, that's why it hurts. His face massage can tear off your face cuz is so hard. I don't know if his massage is good or bad but I doozies off , if you in room 16 and see snots on the floor, that's from me lol.
