Do NOT recommend this place. The massage was average not enough pressure felt more like just a soft rub. When it was time to pay up, I was paying for the service first and then I was giving her extra cash as tip so she can see that my tip was separate from the service and she got mad. She was demanding $20 from me and $20 from my husband. She was saying that what I was trying to give her wasn't enough for the service. We had a whole discussion in front of the big menu sign and she wasn't letting us walk away, she followed us outside the back door. My husband spoke up and told her we have to go pull out more cash from the bank if she wanted more money. She was very rude and she started saying things in her language and shaking her head. I don't understand why she wanted us to pay $40 extra for the service and give $20 extra tip. So if you do the math, how much was she really trying to get out of my husband and me? I've went to that place multiple times and I have always tipped so this last time that I went I was left is disbelief on how she was treating me. read more

Last week I went in with my friend for a massage, I'm not huge on massages so I only asked for 30 minutes while she had a one hour massage. As soon as we walked in we paid separately and were walked to our rooms. I had a lady with reddish hair as my massage therapist, as I waited in the room I heard her on the phone arguing with someone very loudly. She comes in and began the massage but as soon as the she would hear the door up front open she would say "one second please" and would step out, if her phone went off she would answer. At one point she was speaking on the phone with someone while giving me a massage. As soon as the massage was over she stepped out so I could get dressed, I wasn't even done getting dressed when she stood by the door and asked if I'm tipping with my card or cash? I said I'd tip on my card since I didn't have cash and she said it would cost more to tip on my card. I told her I'd ask my friend if she had any cash and if she did I'd have her give cash if not I'll put it on my card. As I walked towards the front I asked my friend who was still behind a curtain if she had cash she said yes, that's when the same lady interrupted and told her that she would be tipping for me because I didn't have cash. I waited up front and my friend came out to the front upset that this same massage therapist walked in while she was still getting dressed to ask for the tip. My friend had no complaint about the man that gave her a massage and we tip very well for service but when it's being demanded like this it's very unprofessional! My friend tipped her 15% for me instead of 20% because she was very unprofessional. Yet after being tipped she complained to my friend about the tip. My friend left a review on google over this situation. There was a response to her review stating "you call yourself a decent person with a $3 tip bravo" First of all she tipped way more than $3 and maybe if this lady wasn't so pushy and rude she would have gotten more than 15%. Secondly instead of responding so RUDELY, maybe take the criticism and CORRECT the service. read more

When he was and he tipped them $10, the front desk person says he did 90 minutes massage so he should tip them $10 more. He argued he only agreed for 60 minute massage but won't budge. So he had to pay them another $10 . They told my dad to walk out no from the front entrance but back entrance too. Very shabby and my dad says massage wasn't good either. I was recommended this place by my mom and after my first visit, i recommend this place to all of my friends now. Dont be confused by how the maps look, there is actually a bunch of spots at the back - I always had a spot. When youre driving on Beverly, head north on N 21st st, and there is parking just behind the dentist's office. Its a shared lot, and there is massage parking allocated there as well. My experience here always has been pleasant whether youre with a friend or alone. They have couples rooms and they also have single rooms. I always get the 90 minute massage package here and I always ask for Carson to work on me. I recommend getting an appointment because he's always busy with other customers. If you get a 90 minute massage and a facial, you get both done at the same time also. So while he is working on massaging your face, you he will also switch to facial mode and then when he's done, back to massage mode. But of course, he doesnt fit both in 90 minutes, theres a little more time and its not rushed. The only thing i find weird here is that if you do the combo foot and then the 90 minute massage, you start outside and then you go to the rooms for the massage- i might be missing something here, but im definitely coming back here for some therapy and relaxation. read more

Went with my cousin for the first time. The back entrance seems sketchy at first but once you're inside it's nice and pretty clean. I had a male masseuse and my cousin a female. Overall it was a good massage. The guy seemed to focus on certain areas for whatever reason and he had good pressure. It didn't seem relaxing enough for me to fall asleep but still felt good although the knot in my shoulder barely alleviated; I should've pointed that area out I guess. I always get Jenny because she's so amazing, I been going for months! Yesterday my mom wanted to try Jenny because Tina, the one she usually gets a massage from, is on vacation or no longer there, it's unknown. So I got someone else. The lady treated my body harshly -- extremely rough. I like it hard, but she didn't do it hard, she was ROUGH! You know when a child pets a dog, hella rough, well that's how I felt. Usually I end a massage sad because I want more but this time was different, I wanted her to stop. I kept having to tell her that she was too rough, but I don't think she understood me. Because I was already in pain, I told her to not pat my back in the end, yet she she still did after saying, "okay okay." I kid you not, I had to tell her she was too rough more than 3 times. Even Jenny had to come over and help a little. Then in the end, I paid her and said I needed change, she said thank you and thought I gave her $10 tip. But I asked for change. So once Jenny told her, she gave me the change. She seemed upset at me, yet I tipped her $6, That's 20 %. I'm assuming she gets more in tips and/or expected the $10 tip because that's usually how much I tip. But I was in so much pain, I left with a headache. Oh and also, she kept scratching my ears with her nails. I told her 3 times what she was doing, but I don't think she understood me. I kinda felt guilty and was almost going to give her the $10 but then again, I was in a lot of pain. So I didn't know how to confront the situation. I tried to explain to her but she didn't understand me. I should've stopped the massage, but I didn't know how. For the future, I will definitely have someone stop if they're being too rough.
