Total nightmare. This lady just bought the business from the previous owners, DOGGIE IN THE MIRROR. We've been monthly customers for about 2 years. After her take over, we had one visit, and when I picked up my dog, he COULD NOT WALK. Just frozen, and wobbling. It was heartbreaking. I'd never seen him like that. He had been with them for almost 4 hours, because when I came at the scheduled pickup time, they were not ready. I asked what happened, and they just shrugged and said "He's old. Probably just stiffness..." I was gobsmacked by the lack of concern or empathy. The owner said "He'd been standing so long on the table, he must just be stiff." Here's an idea: How bout don't leave the animals standing there so long they can't walk. I paid, angrily. She never called to follow up. Never checked in to see if he was walking better, or in pain. Never apologized for the bad experience. Is this business even still open? Because, treating animals (and people) like that, they won't be for long. PS: Had to go to the vet the next day, and the poor little guy was on pain pills for over a week after. The vet suspects he fell off the table while being left unattended, but, there's no way to prove it. Thankfully, no broken bones, and he was able to get around again in a few days. We've been coming here ever since she was a puppy, when they were Doggie in the Mirror. Used to love the place but these last two times, not so much. I call about a week before and schedule my dog for an 11:30 on the weekend. I drop her off and tell them what I want, no issue. As I'm leaving they tell me they're a little behind. No problem because I can go run my errands. I call at 2:11 and she tells me to give them 40 more minutes. I walk in at 3:20ish and she is still cutting. I am very patient and understanding but come on now. Parts of my dog are 2 inches and parts were not cut at all. I asked for a specific face cut, which I have no complaints about. It's everywhere else. Horrible cut, people are thinking I did it myself in haste. My beautiful baby girl looks a hot mess. Don't waste your time or money. Update: This would have been the second time I would have had to ask for a correction. The time before this, I went right back in to have it fixed same day. It was a rushed job, it happens. But not sure why I shouldn't leave an honest review about my experience. read more

I used to take my yorkie here when they were Doggie in the Mirror. Once the new owners took over I've taken my puppy here twice. Waited to write a review to make sure service was consistent. They've done a great job both times. Took the time to look at pictures and fully understand what kind of cut I wanted. Puppy came home happy and looking great. Highly recommend! read more

I had been taking my 19 year old pomeranian, Roxy, to Doggy in the Mirror prior to them recently closing. I decided to take a chance and have her groomed at this new groomer which bought the space from prior groomer. I cannot say enough about what an awesome job they did. She was perfect. They are a great grooming shop, and spa for my dogs. I love that they are a cage free environment, and have separate areas for the dogs. They are always very attentive to what my dogs need, and although I have 3, they don't take that long to get them all done. Fantastic place - 5 BONES!! The salon is clean, comfortable and cage free. I took my newly adopted Basset there for his first grooming. They did a great job with Rex, very kind and patient! They recognized that Rex was terrified with the dryer. Instead of making him suffer through it, they stopped and allowed him to air dry. I appreciate their care, concern and treating clients as their #1 priority. He waddled away looking amazing.
