She insisted that I still put her name down as the person that referred me even though I found this place on my own. Do not waste your time with any other housing search company - Olivia is THE BEST! My fiance and I contacted nearly all apartment search companies in the Dallas metroplex area and Olivia blew them all away. Hers was the only company that provided us up to date information and access to privately owned properties for rent. All other search companies provided generic and impersonal information for only large apartment complexes or properties for sale (which we could have done ourselves). We took up a LOT of Olivia's time during our search but she was always quick to respond and never made us feel high maintenance (which we totally were) or that we were inconveniencing her. She always made us feel like the priority and advocated for us when dealing with a couple of pushy properties. In the end, because of Olivia, we found the most amazing apartment!
