Look at these roots !!!! and it's nothing like I requested. I redeemed a gift card and requested a redo under their publicly advertised two-week redo guarantee. Two stylists confirmed I qualified for the redo, but when I tried to have it completed, they refused and would not allow me back in the salon. I had offered to go to another location, and even offered to pay extra if needed, but they still denied the service. The salon also changed the pricing mid-service without my consent, creating confusion and stress. I am left with no options, despite following all stated requirements for the guarantee. I hope the salon reviews how they handle advertised guarantees in the future, as this was very disappointing. I have filed a BBB complaint and Consumer Protection.... What else can I do?

I'm really disappointed in Delta Laser lately. The concept of loyalty points that expire within…read morethe year is a really lousy money grab to push people toward rushing into more treatments right away. I have had a couple of poor Botox appointments where Dr Lacaria has missed the placement giving me weak results. She doesn't take any accountability for that, even though it's a very expensive treatment. I find the staff very pleasant and warm but they are being pushed to make sales and every time I have been there lately they are trying to sell me things I don't want, all with the threat that my points will expire if I don't use them right away. I am back in the market to find a new place.
