Today was a miss for me. You literally just stand there while waiting for someone to stop ignoring you even though they are looking right at you. *shrugs* Just watch out for the girl that throws the clipboard, you might catch her in a super bad mood one day and get the wrong end of the clipboard. If the front office doesn't scare you away, come to see Dr. Vu. He is a really nice guy and has a nice bedside manner. So no be afraid of asking him questions. This was my first visit so I thought I would need to fill out new patient paperwork. However, they already had all of my information (I guess from East Jefferson), but that made the process go so much smoother. I completed an online appointment request and a NOLA Doc nurse promptly contacted my wife by phone early the next morning. An appointment with Dr. Berenson was made for 9:00 AM and he was right on time. He spent approximately 45 minutes speaking with my wife and getting to the root of the problem. Dr. Berenson was calming and at no point did my wife feel rushed. He provided much useful information and he patiently answered every question. He provided two prescriptions for pickup at a nearby pharmacy and even offered to speak to our primary care physician back home if required. Dr. Berenson was comforting and effective during a frightening time far from home. I highly recommend him.
