Years and years we have spent in this book store. It's great that they still have are around. You're on vacation and you are going to read and enjoy a book. To me, and surprisingly, the children; a "real book" is the greatest of all ! They have all sorts of books. The selection is truly amazing. The books are organized by categories and everything is easy to find . What's not to love when you read a book and enjoy a few moments with your imagination and learn something. To know that is the best gift that you can offer yourself and then talk to others and share it . Purchase a book and read. These days books are a better value for your money. They offer more than you can imagine . Need a special gift that's unique it's all here . After you purchase that book you can visit the cafe and have a drink which is Starbucks for the coffee and little snacks. The Reese's cookies are delicious. What's not to love not start the recipe for knowing and all the knowledge it brings .

The Millbury, MA location is clean, spacious and boasts a large volume of volumes! They have a nice children's section and also offer games, puzzles, toys, and some arts and crafts. They have a cafe with Starbuck's coffee and free Wi-Fi. I grabbed a quick ice tea which was nicely made, and tasted like... iced tea instead of some esoteric designer flavor. I'm happy to have this Barnes & Noble close by.

First, I love that they have free non perishable goods outside for people to help themselves as they need it. The shop inside is very cute, they have a diverse selection of books inside a cozy space. I liked how it was organized, enjoyed featuring of local artists work, including cards and bookmarks. Prices were what you can expect from a smaller book store, nothing incredibly expensive and overall a good deal. They also had a pile of books by the door that were completely free, which I thought was a great idea. Definitely a great place to stop by if you're looking for a new read!

My favorite bookstore, hands down…read more The team at Heartleaf has created such a welcoming & eclectic environment. They've carefully curating a wide variety of stories, accumulated so many sweet little goodies & knick knacks, & built a wonderful, irreplaceable community in Providence. They put a LOT of effort into highlighting BIPOC & queer authors in their collection. The range of genres & narratives - especially considering the tiny size of the store - is a masterclass in diverse inventory. The very best thing about Heartleaf, though, is the manager. She alone is worth a visit to the store. If she's napping, it's a cardinal sin to disturb her. You'll just have to come back another time to give her a scratch behind the ears. (Penny is the manager. Penny is also a cat. I promise I'm not randomly scratching humans behind the ears.) Thank you Caroline & Mads for everything you do. Long live Heartleaf!
