This store is laid out pretty clearly. A big section of magazines. New and discounted books by the door. Customer service and a cafe on the right side near the magazines. Check-out is to the left as you enter. The childrens section is pretty big and had a lot of customers young and not as young reading in there. Books for all (childrens) ages from picture books to chapter books and graphic novels. I had a new author in mind and they had his books in stock. That was a pleasant surprise. On the way to check-out I saw an adorable Halloween book I thought a 9 month old I know might enjoy and added that to my pile. Parking is in a large, shared lot. Staff I encountered were helpful and very nice. Store is neat and has a large inventory.

I went over to the area where I could request an employee, which they did come but they were pretty useless they told me they had a quantity of 2 of the items I needed but she couldn't help me find the second one (it was a toy) because the whole toy section I was in was a horrendous mess, instead of helping me look for it she took one look for maybe all of 1 minute shrugged and said I'm sorry I couldn't find it, and went on about her day. I found this very disheartening because her job is customer service and I feel like a minute of "looking" wasn't looking at all. I indeed did not find the item and just got it somewhere else. The Time Capsule happened to be in the area we were so we stopped in. Spacious. Clean. Array of different types of items. Great prices! (Check out that $1 bin of records!) I can't STAND the parking garage at Providence Place! It's a Twilight Zone thing for me, with the red and green lights showing where to park. For me, the Warwick Mall is parking friendly, one level, has great stores, and I don't need to mess with a garage that in my opinion, is scary.
