This store is laid out pretty clearly. A big section of magazines. New and discounted books by the door. Customer service and a cafe on the right side near the magazines. Check-out is to the left as you enter. The childrens section is pretty big and had a lot of customers young and not as young reading in there. Books for all (childrens) ages from picture books to chapter books and graphic novels. I had a new author in mind and they had his books in stock. That was a pleasant surprise. On the way to check-out I saw an adorable Halloween book I thought a 9 month old I know might enjoy and added that to my pile. Parking is in a large, shared lot. Staff I encountered were helpful and very nice. Store is neat and has a large inventory.

I went over to the area where I could request an employee, which they did come but they were pretty useless they told me they had a quantity of 2 of the items I needed but she couldn't help me find the second one (it was a toy) because the whole toy section I was in was a horrendous mess, instead of helping me look for it she took one look for maybe all of 1 minute shrugged and said I'm sorry I couldn't find it, and went on about her day.
