I've been coming here occasionally for quite a few years and the service and place has not changed…read more Today me and my mom went in for two pedicures around 5:00pm, that were "45$", they upped the price without telling us, even when we asked clarifying questions about the price. Two basic pedicures came out be 105$.... and we didn't get anything fancy either. Every time I get my nails done here they're never ever up to my expectations, not only is the paint sloppy, the place doesn't have a uplifting atmosphere and they also tend to cut or injure you occasionally... When we were getting our pedicures there was only one person doing the pedicures and they let my mom's foot bath get cold, and also cut her nails unevenly. Towards the end when we were letting our nails dry the employees were seeming to be closing the store and one of the women mopped the floor with wet wash towels with no soap or anything... and another women picked trash out of the trash without gloves to dispose of it. In my opinion this is incredibly unsanitary and I would think a "spa" would have to have a medical like cleaning routine??
