I have used this store for at least a year now without any issues. Yesterday I purchased a…read moredisposable vape that needed to be tested in store (as all products do) and it was dead out of the box. After seeing the light turn on, the associate said it should hold a charge when we got back. It did not. I returned today to at least get a store credit, but the store owner does NOT do returns, exchanges, and NO STORE CREDIT. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, and I recommend you do too.

My husband and I have traveling jobs that has landed us in Richmond Hill, GA for 6 months. Our hometown is Anniston, Alabama. I have to say that throughout our travels, we've found the crew of Richmond Hill Smoke City to be the nicest, most welcoming and most informative bunch of employees we've encountered. They have become our go-to smoke shop since traveling here and we both highly recommend visiting the shop. A very special Thank You to David from Richmond Hill Smoke City. It didn't matter what he was doing, how busy he was, he would ALWAYS stop and help us with what we needed. He's just such a nice guy and we really appreciated him while shopping. However, while people were inside, the Open sign remained off and the doors were locked. As I was about to leave, the door opened reluctantly. I asked the clerk if they still open at 8 and she said that she was late because her young son was with her... she proceeded to ask me why I had such an attitude and I stated that it must be nice to make your own hours. She then literally started SCREAMING at me to get the FFFFF out of HER store. She came from behind the counter and threatened to beat me!!! Another customer came in, I tried to de-escalate but she was absolutely hysterically screaming and literally shoved me out the door. This was the most insane "Customer Service" experience I have ever encountered. Aside from her explosive and vile threats, she did this in front of her young child. Absolutely UNSTABLE and VIOLENT! I truly hope that the OWNER of this establishment sees this!!! I have been a loyal customer of this store for many years. This is such a tragic way to run a business.
