I bought my vapes and juice here for years. Just bought a new vape for $80 and it is not working properly and you can clearly see the numbers on the screen are displaying improperly. Went back a week later and they told me they can't do anything for me. Buyer beware buying from here. If it's broke don't expect anything from them. They did say I had to have a receipt but never got one and they can clearly see what I buy using my member information. Clearly you can see from the picture it's faulty. I also had the pleasure of talking and dealing with Marlow, letting him know this so far has been the best vape shop I've been to. Marlow is the man who runs things , he is the guy you want to go to. I am not taking anything away from his associates mind you, he has a crew very capable and knowledgeable. I had mentioned earlier that T.V.L. is on of a kind is that they make their very own MODs'. The official stamp of TVL along with a 1of 1 are both inscribed on each unit. Every unit is different , non are the same, hence the 1 of 1. You can have one made especially for you, your very own MOD with your personal designs or engravings to them. The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars, it's because they are very expensive comppared to other shops. Pros- -staff is very friendly and helpful. -great selection of mods,rda's and tanks. -store is small, but very organized and it has a chill vibe to it. Con- -their juices or oils are super expensive, when compared to other vape shops. Example 15ml cost me 16 dollars and change at Vape Lounge, but at most other shops I can get the same amount and quality for 7 to 12 bucks. -very small juice and oil selection, compared to places like Cloud 9. I promised one of the staff I'd post a review probably over a year ago so better late than never right? I've been coming here off and on for the better part of a few years basically when I made the switch. Last visit a customer was on the phone with his wife/girlfriend/husband/boyfriend/etc and inquiring about some thc products. Given the counterfeit problems across the country only a few years back, I was glad to see the customer take an active interest in what he was buying. I was also very pleased to see the staff patiently assist him despite the line forming. Once that customer was finished the rest of us were helped quickly and in the order we came in (despite me sitting down for a change). While I do wish the 120mls were cheaper (got spoiled with on-line pricing for a while) I've partaken in thirsty thursdays more times than I can remember. Back when the 120 bottles were still a thing, I had one's lid pop off during a fill and spill all over me. I think I ended up going back that night or maybe the next day and they replaced it for me. (I'm pretty sure the 120 bottles were more trouble than they were worth in the long run) It's the little things like that that tend to ensure a bit of loyalty. read more

Had an amazing experience with tvl in Escondido I've stopped by this shop multiple times and have always encountered great customer service being a bit picky about what I vape they always help me narrow this down. Today I had the pleasure of working with yahn (sorry if I miss spelled that). He helped me pick out juice and find a mix I can do at home between two great juices by themselves and even better mix together. He ended up helping my boyfriend and I pick out two mods he customized them and built them right in front of me answering every and all questions I had, trust me I had a lot. Gonna make this short and sweet. They offer a large selection of juices for relatively inexpensive prices, but that doesn't take anything away from the quality, and are open until midnight. I got the WeBiPoppa And the Jungle Juice, which are both House juices. 30 ml each, so 60 ml total for only $14.69 including tax. They have a sale going til the end of the week, but even without it, they're 120 ml bottle is less than $20. That's insane. I've gone to plenty of other vape shops that offer 15ml for $12-16. We came here to get my husband a new mod and myself a vape pen. We were guaranteed the vape pen was compatible with both 1gram and .5 gram cartridges. Once I got home to put my 1gram cartridge in and it didn't hit. My husbands mod didn't work either. So we went back hoping to exchange our vapes to be told they don't have what we were originally looking for, even though we supposedly got everything we asked for, sold to us by ERIK. After waiting for the worker to call and get permission to give us a refund for my husbands mod he continued to tell me that he wouldn't refund our money for my pen because "$30 isn't THAT expensive". Came in and asked for a pack of 0.2 ohm coils for my tobeco subtank. The guy seemed like he never heard of it and looked at my tank and took it in the back. Figured he would match it up with what he has. Came out of the back room with my tank taken apart dripping with water and Orings all out. I just put a new coil in it an hour before , my last one, and came to buy more. Didn't ask him to change it. He told me it's an aspire coil and I said No its tobeco and I wanted the tobeco brand. He said all I have is aspire. I said ok, I'll take one coil. He started putting my tank back together and couldn't figure where one of the orings went. He put it back together and left the oring he couldn't figure out on the counter, asked me what juice I wanted, put some in and handed me back my tank and asked me to try it . It had water in it so it just gurgled and was leaking without that oring. I grabbed my oring off the counter and paid for the aspire coil (since my new one was flooded now) got home and he sold me a 0.5 ohm coil. That's the 3rd time I asked for a 0.2 and got sold a 0.5. At this shop (I will always double check now) I'll still get my juice from here but hardware nope. On friday nights it feels like a tattoo shop hangout spot. I thought I cuss alot but dam these guys every other word is F this and F that. Total cost for coil was $5 and now I'm out 2 coils and a full tank :/ read more

The product actually costs more at the register. It makes me question their sales tactics.
