Not sure where to start....bad, awful, ugh! Stopped in here for the first time tonight to get a rebuild and some juice. They didn't have ANY of the normal juice you find at cloud9 or even head shops. I asked for a melon or sweet black tea and I was offered 10 of the most disgusting liquids I've ever tasted and they wanted to charge $10 for a rebuild!!!! Wtf?!? My husband also failed to find a single flavor he liked, or would buy. Cloud9 does rebuilds for $5 and free on Fridays. This place had a creepy vibe with creepy people and the kid that helped us was high on ? It was a bad trip, we won't be back. It sucks too cause this is such a continent spot for us. read more

Do not come here unless you want to be be ripped off. They sell broken/useless items. If you get a vape battery, go home and charge it, and it doesn't work, they don't replace nor refund you. They just tell you " we run under same laws as tobacco" which is a poor excuse/bypass to not refund you. Find somewhere else to buy your vape products. read more

I walked in and the staff was playing Star Wars Video games. When I asked for help with purchase of an ecig, they try to upsale me! My friend came in and bought his device for $60 then I come in and they say its $80 just the next day! When I wanted to complain to the owner, no one would step forth. This shady middleastern guy named Marlow I think. He was so cold and felt like all he wanted to do was run his racket on people, in this case, me! he wasnt even the owner or manager, yet he told me he was. I did some research as I bought the $80 device ($20 over what my friend paid the day before) and that same day it malfunctioned, I brand it back and basically got a middle finger and told me I was left with broken device and that it was my fault it didnt turn on anyore, and now i $80 poorer, frustrated, and own a broken device from a shady vape store... stay away FROM SHADY PEOPLE! read more

The dude working the counter was helpful and polite but like so many other vape shops this place purchases 0mg liquid and adds their own nicotine. For those that are unfamiliar this is a way to buy juice way cheaper. Unfortunately the nicotine doesn't blend all that well so you have to shake the shit out of your juice every time you refill your tank. The nicotine also leaves a chalky taste in your juice. It may not be a problem if you vape cheap juice but when I buy an expensive juice I expect it to taste the way the manufacturer makes it. Not a fan of this place. read more

Stop going to Cloud 9 and Vapure because their stupid loyalty thing ...that gives you a 10% coupon or something valid for only like the weekend only after you spent about a thousand dollars there. I only come here to get juice but each time I do the guys in here are super helpful. They aren't pushy and know their stuff. There are a lot of flavors to choose from and you can customize different flavors too. My favorite flavors are fierce mode and jungle juice. I always get the bigger bottles because they are the best value for the price you pay. I also love that this place is so close to my house. We will keep coming back for more! read more

Just moved to San Marcos from Temecula and was looking for a quality vape shop. Decided to try this place out because I needed to buy a new coil. They didn't have the size I asked for, so the the guy working suggested a different size and asked if he could take the vape apart to check. He pulls it apart and juice leaks on the counter and he says that the coil will fit. He told me that he would put the new coil in for free and I told him thanks but I like to clean everything first so he says he understands and hands me the pieces of my vape that he couldn't put back together and I go home. I try out the coil and it DOES NOT fit so I call the shop and the same guy says it's no problem switches out the coil and gives me one that he said will for sure fit. Well guess what, I clean everything and start putting my vape back together this morning and the second coil is stilllllll not the right size! read more

At Marlows as I write this review...but by no means am I first-time shopper at this gem of Vape Shop! I've been coming here since I moved to this part of Escondido a little over a year ago and from the first time I came here I've never went to another store in the area! That's saying a lot for a guy who used to keep two or three different places in rotation. I'm not sure what else to say except for this place is bad ass and by far superior to any other Vape Shop in SoCal! Can't beat their prices, their always running really good specials and discounts on juice, and they have one of the best hardware selections in the county.
