I love this place. Their selection of e-juice flavors is amazing, and best of all you get to sample as many as you like before purchasing. Each flavor is available in zero, 12, or 24mg of nicotine. The prices are competitive. The staff is friendly. The patrons are friendly as well. It's a fun, pleasant experience to go in and try all the flavors. They also have a huge selection of 'mods', 'doo-dads' and 'thingamajigs' that I had to look away from. I hadn't realized until my brother (who is really into vaping) took me here how serious of a "hobby" this could become.... and I refuse to get sucked in that deeply. I was referred to here by a friend, and also referred here on yelp to find out more about this place. I arrived around 12pm in search of a new tank for my Gpen battery. Fortunately, they didn't have any! We spoke about alternatives, and the different devices/products offered, then the owner (I'm assuming) suggested an ego-w kit. However, it wasn't currently in stock. He informed me that there was a shipment of them coming that same day and that he would have them ready to go at the latest tomorrow at open. He suggested giving him a call around 2 and handed me a business card so that I didn't have to drive back if I didn't have to. Much appreciated BTW! I came back at 2 pm (I didn't bother calling, I live walking distance) and low and behold, he had it ready to go! Synopsis: Great customer service - I was given a brief crash course in "VAPE101" and was referred to products that would suit my needs.' OH and having the product processed and ready to go same day? It is a great store only if you are helped with the lady works there. I walked in today try to figure out why my xpriv unit stopped charging with usb cord.Guy took the batteries out,told me one of them dead.I asked him if he can test it with good batteries just making sure that wasn't my mods problem. Said NO.Then I asked if he can try to charge the mod with a usb cord(cause I think the usb cord comes with it might be the problem as well).Said No,told me I am not supposed to charge it with the usb cord or the chip inside gonna fry,AND it's on the user Manuel.I call it total B.S If that was the case,why would you guys sell me that unit with a nice usb charger now telling me I am doing it wrong?Now telling me I am the one screwed it up by doing what you guys told. I can tell he was being annoyed for a customer walking in.Ok Ok,Back home I tested the unit it was the switch button getting old and it works just fine after few more tries to turn it on.Yes,you can charge a xpriv unit with usb cord,and it shows progress when charging.Prove me I am wrong then explain why you guys didn't sell me a external charger at the first place. When I'm waiting for my turn I always notice she ensures customers get what they want, know their options, and are informed on how to be safe with their devices, she leaves no stone unturned and gives everybody uncompromising service. She's the best - Shop products - They're always getting new flavors and have plenty to choose from, regular as well as salt nic They don't focus very much on RDA, but will have just about anything else you need from small cart mods, to e-cig style, to full size dual battery mods. They also carry a range of CBD products: liquids, dog treats, lotions, balm, etc. - Overall - They are especially helpful and friendly here, I'd say if you are new to vaping, don't hesitate to start here. I decided to stop by cloud 9 to grab some juice with my dad, I entered the store and the vibe was real nice, I asked the lady if they had any rice crispy flavors and they did. I was so stoked so I paid the membership fee in order to try out some flavors and everything was going smoothly I was really digging this place until.. she handed me the mod with the e liquid I wanted to try, it was DISGUSTING the coils were toasted.. tasted like burnt plastic, another customer was in there and decided to try it and he was shocked how disgusting the condition they keep the test unit in!! The whole point of a tester is to try out the e liquid you are spending you're cash on, the worker said that she can't change the coil because alot of people test flavors.. very bad customer service.. to lazy to change a coil, the only reason this is not a one star rating is because the rice crispy flavor was good. read more

I really feel bad going to another vape store. I'm extremely loyal and I've been going to another shop since I quit smoking two years ago but....... Unfortunately my regular store has been having inventory issues and they never have the equipment I need, so, I came to Cloud 9. I'm very pleased that I did. They have a large selection of setups and liquids. I found everything I needed quickly and painlessly. I was even assured that they always have the replacement atomizers that I need. Cool! Anyone who has gone from smoking to vaping knows that you NEED a reliable place to find parts for your setup. I am addicted to nicotine and will only be so patient when I go looking for parts. Having said that, it was a pleasant experience. Andy was very helpful and hooked me up with his pleasant demeanor. The prices were a tad high but still in a doable range. The other employees were nice and chatted with me as well. Also, a comfy and welcoming atmosphere (they didn't even mind that I brought my dog in). The only cons: prices could be lower, no discounts given for Yelp check-in or on Facebook, parking can be a pain. All in all though, two thumbs up on service, equipment and overall good vibes. Seth who helped me out was great, taught me a lot about vaping and was quick to show me new flavors. I like that he recommended the 0mg nicotine first as other stores assume I want more. I bought a vision spinner and charger that I didn't need because my friend gave me his and they were okay with me returning it a couple of hours later. My Kanger Protank II-Mini I got came in a different box than the other Kanger Protank II's I've seen and it didn't list a manufacturer. Just something odd to note. I might have just gotten an old model. Other than that, the prices were about average to above average, competitive for brick and mortar shops definitely. Love this place! We've had e-cigs before, but the batteries weren't strong enough and the liquids were meh. We heard from friends that this place had good quality batteries and a ton of liquids so checked it out. Bought ours about 2 months ago and just love them! The batteries we got are $30 a piece, and the rebuildable tank is $9. The little atomizer thread things (might not be what they're called, not sure) are $3 a piece in a 5 pack. So overall, a tiny investment, but not more than you'd spend buying cigarettes. BFs battery ended up being a dud on the first unit two times in a row (the original and the replacement), but we brought it back after having it under 30 days and they exchanged both times without any problems at all. Their customer service is great, lots of advice and they let you try as many flavors as you want before you buy one. We've tried quite a few and they are all good! WAY better than the ones we'd purchased at other places. So far, we've bought: Belgian chocolate airheads applejax white peach kong berry blast chimpantea every single one is great! and the best part is that we feel way better :) just note they are pretty much always busy (which i think is a good thing, nice to see them helping people quit smoking), and sometimes are out of stock which is understandable. read more

Found this place here on Yelp. I was very excited that there was a local place that I could buy my e-juice or supplies if I had a vaping emergency. Absolutely loved the place! Lots of room inside. All the customers and staff were very friendly. It is more expensive then buying stuff online but nothing beats having your stuff in hand as soon as you pay for it :) Absolutely love all the flavors I got too. I will defiantly be going back. It was very busy when I went and took a while to get in and out so I wouldn't suggest going if your in a super big hurry. This place is amazing! The shop is clean, the staff is so incredibly helpful and takes the time to really get to know what you do currently and tries to match up the perfect vape solution. I had tried e-cigs (the kind from the local gas stations and liquors stores) and they never worked as someone that smoked Marlboro Smooths it is a hard menthol to duplicate. The patches had worked in the past when I wasn't surrounded by smokers (my husband and some of my in-laws) as I saw these vaporizers start popping up I decided to research. After searching online options, reviews on local shops, etc; one of my friends introduced me to Cloud 9 ecig store. My husband and I walked in and talked with the staff got a card, a flavor menu, and then left. I really wanted to go back and buy a whole setup but my husband was so reluctant because of my e-cig purchases prior (the ones from the gas/liquor stores) well he said I could do it and we went back (like turned around on the way home and went back) The staff helped educate me about the vaporizers, the e-liquids, and helped me customize a package that worked for me. They even primed, loaded and got my new vaporizer ready the minute I left the store. My husband said we will see.... Well when I didn't smoke for 24 hours he was ready to get his own. When he didn't smoke for 24 hours and I didn't smoke for 48 hours my sister-in-law jumped on board as well. So thank you to this store....I have been there 4 times in a week and me, my husband, and sister-in-law have not smoked (me for 5 days, husband 4 days, and sister-in-law 3 days) coming from 3 people that smoked 1-2 packs a day this is too incredible not to share! I love that this store is taking pride in their store appearance, their staff, their products, and educating their customers. This was my second visit to the store. The first time I bought a couple of halo juice's and liked it. Went back and again bought halo juices and a coil on March 6th. I'm glad I only bought one coil as it burnt out within 2 days. Later I realized the juice they sold me expired in January 2017 not cool. Called the store and was told it's ok to smoke it only that the nicotine level is not as potent and would give a discount on another juice I bought. Really ???? What is the point of buying juice with nicotine levels if it's not the right potency???? Would they buy expired juice personally and smoke it and it's not really cheap at $20 a bottle. They need to check their stock and not sell expired juice. If you decide to continue shopping here check ejuice expiration dates before smoking it. read more
