Accessibility: no accessible/handicap parking and no ramp to get onto the sidewalk. The doors to enter are pull doors. Experience: when walking in there was an older gentleman working and he has a serious face on, no smiling, and he never asked if we needed help, just followed us around the store and watched us which was less welcoming than other places in Escondido. Maybe he's a nice guy, just that he wasn't super welcoming right off the bat. The store is also bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. The glass was the coolest part though. They have TONS of beautiful options for glass. Pricing: the pricing here is actually lower than any other glass shop I've seen in Escondido or really all of San Diego so far. I would 100% come back to this store for their beautiful options and prices of glass. Items: they have all types of lighters, bongs, pipes, vape pens, everything you might need. Super friendly! Lots of stuff, I mean lots!! but for me the kicker is the prices! LOW! I come from Claremont and everything I buy at Kings is way cheaper than in the city. Kratom is almost 50% cheaper than say the liquor store is used to buy it from in Coronado. Vapes, again great products really a vast array and they will bring out whatever your interested in. read more

I found this Gem of a place before Christmas, after visiting another vape shop in La Mesa that wasn't very helpful. As I'm new to Vaping, the lady in Kings was really helpful and patient and I bought a few things and she even gave me a Christmas Gift! Decent pricing, but I know for sure their HYPPE MAX FLOW vapes are fake. Have had multiple leaking ones straight from the package. Dead vapes out of the package. Started doing research when I began to notice I never had an issue with these were purchased from my normal shop. Makes me wonder what else is counterfeit from here . read more

Went here to buy Mint E-Liquid and told the person I want 3mg or 2mg non-salt. She immediately grabs a 12mg salt says you want this I said no non-salt 3 to 2 she said yep this one very good I glossed over and said no so she said to grab reds apple original ice 3mg, original iced has no flavor only ice its minty. I asked if it is apple-flavored she said no apple is just the brand, I got home and surprise it's apple flavored. If you don't know just say I don't know I would have looked it up or bought another brand. There are many other smoke shops in town that will not lie to me and they now have my business all because you didn't care enough to just say I'm not sure. read more

i came in here pretty bummed after losing my first bong that was pretty sentimental (my best friend in high school and i decorated it and it's been on quite a few interesting adventures since). the employee was extremely helpful, she walked me through all the sections and helped me pick one out that was in price range for me (since i only had 30 bucks lol) and surprisingly they had quite a big selection for such a low price point. I decided to go for a simple 10in beaker bong that was hand painted, super great quality too. they also had a wide variety of larger bongs, bubblers, pipes, etc. overall great variety, prices and customer service! read more

This is the TRUTH. Last week I bought some cigars from king smoke shop ( Gurkhas, AVO etc. ) The Gurkhas were wrapped in cellophane, but the band labels were pieced together with SCOTCH TAPE ! ! LOL ( FAKE CIGARS ) I took them in and quietly tried to explain the mess up ( maybe King had bought them from somebody disreputable ? ) I didn't ask for my money back - just an equal exchange for real cigars. The manager went back to see if all of those gurkhas were taped together - and the whole box was. I was asked to leave. lol. I spend a lot on cigars every month. king smoke shop just lost all of my business. king smoke shop Is BAD BUSINESS. 1. don't sell fake cigars 2. if you make a mistake, try to make it right. 3.Not very smart to lose a good customer because of 2 fake cigars. read more

This is the only smoke shop I can go to in Escondido that I know will have what I need. Prices are fair compared to the Internet and the customer service is above my expectations on all three visits to the store. I bought a vapor cigarette starter kit, there was a manufacturer defect. Even though he wouldn't be able to return it to the manufacturer he still gave me an exchange which works flawlessly. I am sending all my local friends his way, I suggest you do the same. read more
