Same size bottle same amount of nicotine. No hassle, fast, accurate, and affordable. I had to yelp for him, which I usually don't do. Mostly because I don't feel like it. I've met Krish and briefly Dan. Service was, authoritative, attentive and friendly - not pushy. Visiting was generally a valuable learning experience. I wondered if they'd offer in-house mini classes for newbies for scale and building a following. The selection of glass was impressive. It's museum-like. If anything, there were too many choices: size, color, functionality, purpose. Unexpected was a selection of THC infused beverages, edibles and even flower. It's NOT a dispensary, it's more fun than that. Lots more. I went in seeking to learn more and, if inspired, purchase a new device. Success! I've a new item that worked out perfectly. Bias perhaps: I've dogs who are treated like family. Bonus: There were chairs and benches for wifey to sit while I shopped. Smart accommodation for visitors. Overall, an excellent experience.

I came in here ready to throw my money at them cause I'm loving the new world of cigars. Unfortunately the gentleman wasn't very welcoming. I asked for recommendations and showed him a cigar band of something I smoked hoping he might know a thing or two about it. He curtly said "Never heard of it. Must be a private label". That's fine. I don't expect everyone to know every label on earth, but he didn't bother to ask why I liked it. Instead he walked to the humidor and asked how much I wanted to spend. I told him my budget. He assumed I preferred something lighter (I learned pretty early on into cigars that I prefer medium to plus). However, he decided for me without asking my preferences and said "You'll want a lighter smoke" then pulled out two cigars. I felt too uncomfortable to ask questions and learn more about cigars. It was like he was telling me what is best for me without my opinion and that was that. He was a polite guy, but I could feel that my purchase was more of a nuisance to him than anything. Definitely not a shop for the new cigar smoker. Like I said, this is probably a shop for the seasoned male smoker. I won't be back.

Second, the service I've experience at this store is completely beyond all expectations and i think should be the standard for any business. They give expert advice, but most importantly, honest advice. They tell you if a product is subpar. They tell you if you could save money by going with a cheaper brand, or if you should spend a little more for a far superior one. The rewards program is always totally worth it and actually lucrative for both the business and customers. The house blends are delicious and the bottles they come in are much more convenient that the dabbing style beakers most other brands come in. I can't recommend these folks enough!
