When I went to Davidus Cigars to find a special Father's Day gift from our furry little one, Peanut, I initially felt a bit unsure. Luckily, Shawn was incredibly helpful. They keep records of what men like to smoke, which I thought was a clever and thoughtful idea. Shawn's friendly attitude and knowledge really made the whole experience enjoyable, and I left feeling much more confident about cigars. That's no different than going to a restaurant and they tell you to bring your own clean plates to eat off of. Customer Service is what you serve to the customer. Lets not forget that.
